I went in to get their high dose product and the woman in front of me was allowed to buy ~10 packs of gummies and took the whole inventory with her. Incredibly slow wait times creating very long lines. in a line of 10 people that will take 20 minutes, every minute or so an online order walks in and the counter calls them forward before all the people who have been waiting for 30 minutes. Everyone should do online order to prevent people walking in and skipping everyone who has waited for a long time. read more

What is the point of pre-ordering if you have to wait in line behind people who are taking 20 minutes to choose what they want? It is extremely time consuming and frustrating. Maybe you could figure something out for this not to happen? Also, the choices on med pale in comparison to the rec side. There has not been any real new options. I've been going here a few times lately. A couple times I have grabbed some flower. And a couple times I have tried the BHO extracts. Everything that I have tried from this dispensary is garbage. And it's just like every dispensary in Massachusetts where you walk in and the place claims that they have the best stuff in the state. But they don't. They're just pushing garbage. No taste for the flower, BHO that tastes like CRC, or "diamonds" that snap crack and pop at any degree on the banger. The only thing that they carry occasionally that is a good product is from Harbor House Collective. I was there last week the checkout person said that there is a sale for 35 to 40% off accessories including Puffco on the 31st. I called to confirm on the 31st and it was actually 20%. And yes the Puffco is part of the sale. Not a big deal. I drive down there and am about to check out and they tell me that Puffco isn't on the sale. Terrible communication between managers and the employees. Terrible products labeled sanctuary medicinals. Save yourself the trouble and don't come here. They should have honored what I was told separate times by their employees. Not the customer's fault and not a little bit of miscommunication. I should have been able to buy my products with the discount that I was told that I was gonna be getting. Instead of wasting gas and time to get down there. When I called to speak to a manager afterwards, they just told me oh it's no big deal . Brushing it off, saying that stuff happens. Yeah stuff happens like you guys continue to make boat loads of money and can't even honor a customers discount that they were told that they would get by like three of your employees. Just goes to show that at the end of the day dispensary does not give a crap about who the patient is or what is going on. They just care about their profits. Jordan was a real sweetie! I was clueless except for what I needed. They were out of what I wanted, I told him what I liked, and he was able to pick some things I have not tried before. Already used one of the products, and wow! he was spot on. I find the help I receive from the team at this store amazing. The quality is really good compared to other places I have shopped, and it is also consistent. I always hear you are not supposed to get high on your own supply. But that is my only explanation to how bad the customer service is at this place. If you don't care how you're treated and this is the place for you. There has never been a line to get inside when I've been there, but they do have steady business. 2x Loyalty points on Tuesday and you can also find some good specials on Tuesday like buy 1gram of space dust, get another 1/2 price. 5 stars not given because if you shop around you'll find thier flower is priced $5-10 higher than Some other local dispensaries. Up until today, I have been a relatively happy customer of Sanctuary Medicinals. I've been a fairly regular customer, too, and I've definitely spent some money there. But today, that all changed. I was given the ol' bait and switch, and I feel like I was treated badly. Every week or two, for the last several months, I have spent considerable sums of money at this location. I've even begun to establish a rapport with some of the staff, including the representative who helped me today. Every visit, I've only purchased sativa-based edibles. Last night I saw that the store would be running a one-day sale today; two packages for $30, of the sativa-based edibles. I always make sure to say that I only want sativa, including today, but I also mentioned today that I've observed how weak each gummy is. I was then given the old bait-and-switch. I was told about this much-stronger product that had been put on sale just a few minutes before--and that it was being sold for 40% off today! Given that I've only bought sativa-based products and given that I had reiterated my desire for a sativa-based edible, I thought that this offer was also for a sativa-based product. I'm not terribly knowledgeable in this area, so I just figured that this too would be sativa. When I got back to my car, I was looking at what I had purchased, and it dawned on me: Maybe these gummies aren't exclusively sativa-based. I should go back in and ask, I thought to myself. So that's what I did. One of your sales associates---who recognized me, but hadn't been the one to help me--stepped in and told me that "if there's nothing inherently wrong with the product, then we can't take it back. Sorry, but all sales are final." So I came into the store expecting to buy sativa-based edibles that were on sale for today. I was then hoodwinked into buying a different product, but I was led to believe that it was still a sativa-only product. And then, when I re-entered the store just three minutes later---with my receipt and with all three packages fully sealed and closed---I was told that "all sales are final." Despite being a fairly regular customer, that's the response I received. Given all this, I will certainly be frequenting other dispensaries, even if they are located further away, and I recommend that you all do the same. I've purchased carts from dispensaries across the Greater Boston area - Mayflower, Patriot Care, Garden Remedies, Sira Natural, Revolutionary Clinics, Liberty, CommCan, and Temescal - and I believe Sanctuary Medicinals offers the best assortment of carts on the market. I find they do a great job at removing those washed, chemical undertones you can taste when consuming carts. I'm also surprised at the noticeable differences between carts. Their Lemon Haze has a natural, piney taste that enhances productivity; their Blueberry Headband delivers a strong cerebral high that provides relief to symptoms of anxiety; their Blissful Wizard produces a calming body high that makes socializing easier. I would rate Sanctuary Medicinals 5-stars on this alone, however I'm only giving it 2-stars because of the questionable amount of distillate in the carts in addition to their customer service. After returning home from my first visit to the dispensary, I notice that one of the carts appeared underfilled, so I decided to send a FB message, to which someone responded and said that they're looking into. Four days later, I sent another message requesting an updated and was told that the dispensary is "working through some kinks" and will get back to me, which has not happened. I tell people if they want quality carts, go to Sanctuary Medicinals, but expect to shell out more $$ for less product and understand that you're choosing a business that champions an in/out transactional experience. read more

Patient of this store since day one, I've given them thousands of dollars. Been reliable with my documentation, up until this one time. My driver's license expired, but I brought in the LEGAL DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY THE STATE, and was rejected. When I notified the management this document was a legal stand in, and is honored as legal drivers license PER MA rmv: I was met with "sorry it's just a weird store policy". I understand this, but as a loyal customer, who has gotten to know the staff, formed bonds, and most importantly: PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCTS: you'd figure there would be a little more wiggle room, when you blatantly admit that it's a "weird policy". Very disappointed with sanctuary. Went today hoping it would be better than my first experience. They had a very limited selection. Nothing over 20% thc, no sativas, and nothing fresh. I've tried all the other strains and wasn't impressed so I went with the grand daddy purp. It was packaged at the beginning of June and it showed. Bud was dry af and lots of leaves in the bag. Check out Revolution or Sira in Somerville if you looking for variety and quality. I went as a first time adult purchaser, but with a very significant history of experience from the 70s and 80s. I was hoping to get some advice on what the current options are. Yeah and pretend like they have top notch herb and they think that they're regular average herb is worth $70 an eighth? That's comical considering that they're not worth 35 and 8th. The retail price is said so high that you can't take advantage of any discounts or anything on purpose. Basically the same thing as price fixing that every other dispensary does but I've never seen that sky high price. Making your price so high as retail and then telling people that want to use a discount that they have to take that off of retail is basically price fixing. It's been the same time and all of a sudden now it's $70 an 8th so you can't ever take advantage of any discount just like any other dispensary but this price of 70 takes the Cake. Not top shelf whatsoever and in my experience super dry flower and super soupy concentrates. I'm not hating on anybody personally but whoever said that price at $70 needs to go back to the country that $70 is acceptable. Sorry sanctuary I had to be real about that price of $70 which when you opened it was less than half of that. I know somebody has a I know somebody has a discount that they would want to use, and your retail price is double what you have advertised, and then people are supposed to use their discount off of that price effectively means you're probably paying more if you choose to use a discount. This is across the board with every dispensary except for a single dispensary that I drive 35 miles each way when I re-up on flower because of games that dispensers play when it comes to the prices. And the fudged COA reports at every dispensary or inaccurate to say the least as well. Nothing against the sanctuary whatsoever. This is me being pissed at every other dispensary as well by changing prices when they have something marked clearly but then you have to pay double that? First time buyer- placed an online order which totaled $99 and was charged over $150 when I picked up my order. Was told all of their prices were listed incorrectly on their website, but they could "honor the price I purchased at". Almost 2 weeks later and their prices are the same that I purchased at on their site, so either they lied and straight up overcharged me or they're mindless enough to keep the incorrect prices on their website so people keep getting overcharged for their online orders. read more

First time buyer at this dispensary and was no very pleased with my experience. Planned to spend exactly $150 there to get one of their scratch tickets for a discounted future purchase. Spent that $150 to only then be told after that they ran out of the scratchies. The carts like many other people were saying we're not filled all the way, and one leaked everywhere. Called to ask if I could go to any sanctuary (because I'm not local) to exchange the faulty cart for a new one and was told I only had exactly 7 days to exchange it at that exact location and could not go to another. Will not be returning. I am going to try revolutionary since everyone's saying it's so great. read more
