I went to get my eyes done and went back a week later and had my lips done also. The eyes did hurt some as expected but she pampered me to where it didn't hurt. They were numb along with my lips. There was hardly any swelling. Within a couple days my eyes were amazing and healed. On the other hand my lips took a little longer to heal but only felt as though they were chapped. A few days later, the color on the lips faded and pealed to where you really don't see any color and it makes you wonder where the color is. Be patient!!! The whole process takes about one month. Every few days you see the color coming back. Carolyn recommends to go back one month later to have a repeat done. The fee is all included! She is very professional and knowledgeable at what she does. She has had many years experience in the medical field in the surgical department and has a very sterile environment. She spent an hour and a half discussing how difficult my brow correction would I became emotional during the consult and instead of compassion or understanding, I felt completely dismissed after 90 minutes we could not come to a decision on how to proceed and I was escorted to the door I left feeling humiliated and disappointed. I also previously posted a review about my experience on her website and it disappeared from her website. I find that very disappointing because others should be able to make informed decisions People don't always remember what was said, but will always remember how you made them feel. ****** Sept. 6, 2026 I wanted to respond to Pri's response to my first review. In all fairness to her she is correct when this was my third visit with her. I am very aware of the issues with my brows that needed to be addressed. However, she had led me to believe she could help me with correction which is why I went back. But all my issues cannot be addressed with microblading, which is what she does. There was so much information she was giving me and microblading would only be causing more scarring. There are PMUs out there who are quite experienced in the type of corrections I need. They would more likely use digital and not with a blade. I shouldn't have had to sit through her eye rolling and heavy sighs and her comments "you are just not getting it". I understood everything she was saying. I suppose I sat there hoping for a different response from her. She was just not equipped to help me but led me to believe she could. I believe she does a good job if you have no previous issues and all you are getting is the microblading.
