Today was our first visit and we can't rave about the experience enough. The reception is very informative when scheduling your appointment. Every question I had was answered and then some. They also send you informative information prior to your visit. The place is in a beautiful plaza. We were warmly greeted with a friendly smile. The tour of the facility sold us. Wow!! What a peaceful experience- little nervous of the unknown. After about talking to the owners ( which are the nicest people you'll meet) I felt more comfortable. The entire place is very clean and cozy. It took me about 10 mins to get comfortable and then it was pure peace. I have never been so still in my life and it was the deepest mediation state I have ever been in. I had no issue with salt getting to me eyes, and weird feelings. Just a pure relaxing feeling. I look forward to making this a weekly routine. One tip - I would of like to leave a tip $$$. I feel the effort put into making me feel comfortable is well worth. While in The Space Coast area for business, I am so thankful to find Souler Float. The owners and staff are extremely attentive and friendly. I bought a package for leg compression therapy, the sauna, and float therapy. The float therapy is deeply relaxing, it's very easy to 'let go' of stress, great for my skin, and has reduced joint pain. The effects last longer with each float. I was worried about feeling claustrophobic, but it's basically a huge egg-shaped jacuzzi with a very high domed lid. The large room is all yours and has a shower. read more

I just tried this bad boy out yesterday for my early birthday present to myself and I'm glad I did. It was such a cool experience I can't wait to try it again. The gal at the front was so kind and fun. I had such a fun time floating around. The first 20 minutes were so amazing and I was able to shut down and I just couldn't shut my brain off so I'll be back to try it again. Each room or private with its own showers and a small bench with the pod. Then after you get water and can relax in the large relation room. I enjoyed this very much ! Owners are a lovely, caring, upbeat couple, providing a much needed service to the community. They are avid Floaters themselves, having participated for over 15 years. To avoid 'Charlie Horse's" on my strict KETO diet, and supporting pain management for my injured cervical and lower spine, I am a huge believer in what salt therapies can provide the body. This is an A+ facility. Very clean. They use specific (or are similar) I-Sopod units for customers to float with confidence of proper pH and such. Excellent devices with superior filtering and optimal salt delivery. All the details are noticed from walking in the door, to their colored shower heads so one doesn't take too hot of a shower before entering the pod, to the check out process. I can't say enough complimentary things about Souler. They have a newcomer customer for a long long time to come! read more

I had such a wonderful experience here. Right as I walked in, Jean-Pierre (hopefully I'm spelling his name correctly!) made sure to make me feel welcomed and gave me a full run-down of what to expect. He educated me quite a bit on halotherapy and I felt much more confident in what to expect when it was time to float. When it was time to go back to my room, Charmaine took amazing care of me. She had such a warm presence and talked me through the process once more to make sure I understood what order to do everything in. She made sure I had water, ear plugs, a hair towel, etc. and I truly appreciated being taken care of by someone who you could tell was happy to be there. The experience of the float itself was amazing and I can 100% see myself doing this again. I felt it was an up-leveled version of savasana and the whole process was extremely relaxing. I liked being able to take a shower before and after the float, customize my light preferences in the pod, and to be able to spend enough time in the pod to make sure I truly experienced the relaxation aspect of it. After my float, I liked how I could relax in the zen room and utilize the Himalayan salt foot dome while I re-hydrated and adjusted after floating. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family because it is something I feel like everybody can benefit from. read more

This is my 3rd time here and I want to start out by saying Pierre and Dion are lovely caring genuine people. This time I actually went for a knee injury (sprain). Dion had had a knee sprain and had personal knowledge of care to assist in expediting the healing. I did the Float for the healing properties of magnesium but they also offered a knee compression thingy that attached to my knee and went from hot to cold to hot and cold. I just started a waitress job and have 4 days to heal. It's been one day since treatment and I feel some improvement of movement. Hoping I'll be able to work by Monday and not lose this job. Continuing Pierre's and Dion's recommendations for next 2 days. You won't be disappointed by the love and service you will receive at Souler Float!!! read more

Had a great float here today while I was traveling through town for the week on business. The float center was clean and spacious and the float pods themselves were great. I've floated many times in different centers and this one was a great addition to my bucket of experiences. 5 stars.... I cant begin to explain how awesome this place is. Most amazing, relaxing place I've ever been to. Staff is GREAT. Prices are very reasonable considering the service they provide, VERY VERY VEEY clean. If you're stressed and need time alone, this is the place. I have a very messed up body from a car accident and years of wear and tear from working out, and I visit once a month with my membership of $45 a month and a float a month (which is great for me considering I live an hour away) but my body, my mind, and everything else feels so clear once I leave this place. I am a rather hyper (type A) person and the first time, my husband said that I wouldn't be able to float for an hour, i.e. difficult for me to relax. I proved him wrong. So, I told him to try it. I have been excitedly waiting for the arrival of the Sunlighten full-spectrum infrared sauna for a few months now, and yesterday I got the fantastic opportunity to try it out for my first time. I had never tried an infrared sauna until that point, so I wasn't sure how much I would enjoy the experience, but I entered with an open mind. The staff made sure I consumed at least 8 ounces of water beforehand to ensure that the fluid I would lose through sweating wouldn't negatively affect my health. After getting situated in the sauna, I immediately realized how different this was from a typical gym sauna. It was much more comfortable for one, but there was also very calming/peaceful music playing on occasion in the sauna itself, which helped me enter into a relaxed state much easier than I suspect I would have otherwise. There are six different programs to choose from, and I decided to go with the "detoxification" setting for my first experience. I obviously can't say how this setting compares to others as I have only gone once so far. Still, I am incredibly excited to experiment with other settings and see how that makes the experience different. Overall, I would highly recommend that anyone looking to improve their mental and physical well-being give this a try at least once. To top it off, the staff at Souler Float seems to treat every customer that comes in as part of their family. They have never had a bad attitude towards me, never dampened my mood, and have been nothing but respectful to my family and me. I feel truly blessed to live close to a facility that provides effective and practical tools to improve my well-being. Thank you so much! read more

They have the state of the art floatation pods, beautiful to be in. My experience was amazing, I was transported to a place of deep peace and relaxation. It lasted for days. My skin felt amazing afterwards and again for days. The place is spacious and you have chic leather lounge chairs to lay in while you come back to the real world, so no feeling of being rushed. I took my husband here about seven months ago to experience something we have never done before. Let's be honest, this was a Norelco Beard Trimmer with My Name On It moment. Anyway, the place is clean and very quiet, perhaps a little too quiet as you awkwardly sit in the waiting room in silence. My only recommendation is a little music or a water feature 'cause it is a bit uncomfortable. We were first timers so here goes: You don't need to bring anything. You get a brief tour and explanation. Restrooms are outside of your pod room. You have your own large, clean, bright, with a high ceiling room that locks from the inside. Cool, no creepers to accidentally walk in on you. The pod is white and massive. Way bigger than you expect. It is no wonder they only have two. Think way larger than a tanning bed. I am 5'5" and my husband is 6'5." We both fit in each of our own pods fine. My arms were at my side and my husband floated with his arms "above" his head. The pod does not lock - relief. No bad movie coffin moments. The lid seems closer to your face than the rest of the pod, almost as if the lid gets higher towards your feet. Could have just been me. Sometimes when I opened my eyes it seemed like the lid was right on top of my face. I think it was just very white and throws off your depth perception. You are requested to rinse off prior to getting into the pod - walk in shower - very clean - shampoo, conditioner, soap. The floors are padded with those lock together mats - probably for safety and hygiene. You get in naked. You briefly worry about cameras even though you know they aren't there. The pod opens with lights on - relief. The water feels silky/slimy (there's a lot of salt in there). Water is about eight inches deep. I wondered about that. Would I be floating in six feet of water in a coffin? That would have creeped me out. You get about five minutes of light and music to ease you into the whole situation. I needed it. I am not claustrophobic but it can get to you for a brief moment. The music and lights turn off and it is you and your breathing. The pod has a panic button to alert the front desk if you spaz out - but, good luck finding it. Will explain. There is a spray bottle in case you get salt in your eyes. Will explain. There is an inflatable neck rest. Will explain. If you are super awesome you won't float around in the pod too much. I am not super awesome. I bounced of the walls for a bit. Try to stay still. It may still happen. If you have sciatica or back problems, I would NOT recommend the neck pillow. I used it and it pulled just enough that my sciatica kicked in. I wanted to put the pillow back where I found it but could not orient myself. By the time I figured out where I was at I just gave up and sat up. I was borderline sideways/ diagonal in the pod. I sat up to put the pillow up (which is inside the pod). As a result, the water dripped into my face, so following directions I used the spray bottle. It did not help. This saltwater is not nearly as bad as getting Neem shampoo in your eyes (hell on earth) but I finally had to get out of the pod and rinse off my face in the shower. As soon as the lid pops open the motion detectors in the room kick the lights on. However, while in the shower later, they kicked off and I had to wave my had in the room to get them to kick back on. Got back in the pod and decided I was not comfortable with my head in the water so I used the pillow anyway. I think if I had started without the pillow I would have been better off. After my spaz moment I finally got into the experience. At some point my body would lose sense of self and it would feel like my feet were dropping but never hit anything (owner says it is because your body has no sense of reference). Pretty cool. Husband said he felt like he was almost completely rolling forward. Did I have awe inspiring moments - nah, but I was really relaxed/calm the next day. Get out, rinse off, get dressed, owner offers you a beverage and to sit in some reclining benches behind shoji screens to essentially ease yourself out of the experience if need be. He did ask me if I had an anxiety moment. I guess the system at the front desk indicated that the lights were on or that the motion detector kicked on. All in all I had a good, if not memorable, experience combined with a bit of salt water to the eyes.. I would do it again now that I know what to expect. read more
