He knew it was a well tank service call so he had a new tank and all the parts already on his truck just in case he had to do a replacement. Our tank was over 20 years old so we knew it was probably a goner before he even arrived. Mike replaced the tank that day and did a great job- neat, curious and explained all that he did. Mike even did a small repair to the well cap after noticing it was loose. This was our first experience with Ray Plumbing and we will call them again if needed.

He said he'd send receipts to my email but never did. He tried to double bill me on materials. He's completely ignoring me and my requests for a refund. I'm having to go through BBB and the state attorney general's office to try and recover anything. Thank god I have texts where payment is discussed, or I'd probably be screwed.

It is now October 7, 2022, and we have just filed a complaint with the Consumer protection Division of the Maine Attorney General's office. This individual has almost never answered any of my phone calls, his voicemail box is full, and only sporadically answers texts. Each time, he claims one excuse or another, and claims he will return us our money. So far, he has yet to supply us with even proof that he purchased materials, let alone do the job we paid for or refund us the money we are owed. We will be investigating all avenues to recover these funds from this company.
