He was extremely responsive since day 1 (showed up to to my house within hours), so much so that I don't think I really ever had to reach out to him. He always kept me updated via phone, and texts (as I preferred and asked him to). He got the claim check to be 3x what the insurance company wanted to originally pay, because he knew ever single itemized item they could not argue for all the work that needed to be done throughout our house. For example, since our floorboards needed replaced, that meant the walls needed repainted, and since floors needed replaced, that meant we needed to hire a moving company, and that stuff (our stuff) needed storage somewhere while the floors were replaced... I cannot remember all of the details, but there was lots of stuff like that which I NEVER would have thought of or even known, so I'm extremely happy I had Peter handling everything for me. I trusted him with everything and I'm very glad I did as we got a lot more from the insurance claim which ultimately let us fix everything in our house that needed to be fixed. If you are hesitant, don't know what to do, and/or are frustrated with your claim process, just hire Peter, you won't regret it, I'm so glad I did.

Needing kitchen appliances installed, I called a number of other service providers. Icon was the most responsive in terms of asking the right questions to get the job done, and they were available within 48-hours. The work they did was of the highest quality, and at a fair price. They even found a creative solution to appliance placement as the new appliances were a bit larger than the prior ones. In addition to appliance installation and repair, they also do all types of electronics/handyman work. I will certainly be calling this company again.

The office staff is congenial and booking an appointment is easy. The two a/c UV lights needed replacement and although purchasing them on Amazon was a lot cheaper - a lot - there were too many questions about how well, and/or long they would last, plus other concerns. Hence, Sean installed them and they are good for two years. When I added the cost of the renewal of my two year maintenance contract along with the cost of two bulbs, I was alarmed.
