I'll begin with the lack of communication. A week prior we added more chairs and tables to our original request. When the delivery was made we did not receive those extra tables and chairs. At no time were we told that we would need to pay at delivery until they delivered and then called me asking for payment. Mind you, they delivered on a Friday during working hours so there wasn't anyone to pay them. At that point they threatened to take everything back. Finally, they backed into my mailbox while delivering (I have video surveillance and neighbors who saw it and called me). I brought it to their attention and they claimed they would pay for it and fix it themselves. It's been 2 months and after number plus calls to the company we have yet to see a check for the damage. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more organized company!!!!

The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.
