Customers beware!!! My wife purchased a lift chair for me after the quad bypass operation. The…read morechair looked like leather but was a plastic coating over fabric. When the warranty was still in effect I had to replace two controllers and the chair back was replaced one time due to flat thin layer of plastic membrane that looks like leather peeling off. In actuality it was peeling off all over but ffo said they would not replace anything else and don't call them. The chair was relegated to unused status in a spare room. When I needed the lift function again due to a knee problem the ffo chair failed once again this time catastrophically. The lifting mechanism what channel that connected the lifting arm and the base was exceedingly poor quality and shattered during use. If that is against policy to exchange it, then we understand, but the woman never said anything about that, she just kept saying that we were the ones that messed it up when we tried pulling the tag off, if that was true then we wouldn't have asked to exchange it. It was broken when we opened the box. She was being very unprofessional and rude and quite honestly making a scene for no reason. Then, she hands it to another lady, which was nicer but also very unprofessional. She tried to fix it for us but lost one of the pieces to and handed it back and proceeded to tell us to just try and fix it ourselves because she couldn't see well enough because she didn't have her glasses. If she needs glasses to do her job, then she should have them with her. The whole experience was so dramatic for zero reason and I will no longer be purchasing jewelry there again.
