10 star review. Wonderful doctors and staff. Very knowledgeable and have saved a multitude of cats in my hoard. Every treatment option is explained and the doctors are willing to go above and beyond in an appropriate fashion and not just to keep racking up a bill. Very reasonable prices and the care is second to none, top notch!!!! I can't say enough good about this clinic. I've been returning for over 20 years.

Andrews Veterinary Clinic - Andrews Vet Clinic (5/9/2023)

It went as well as that can go. Hard days for us but they made us feel comfortable. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet to go to.

I started using the Andrews Veterinary Clinic in my early 20s. That was 20 years ago…read more Now that I am much older and wiser, it's still plain to see that Andrews is the best within 100 mile radius of my house located in New Mexico. They are the most affordable around. They are no nonsense. If it isn't necessary, they aren't going to bring it up & charge you for it like other vet offices. Most of the communication in the patient exam rooms is between the pet owner and the veterinarian, not the vet techs/assistants. I appreciate this because there's been times when other vets didn't spend much time listening to my concerns. This newish facility is very nice & mostly clean. There is one entrance for checkins. A separate door for exiting which makes things a little easier for large, anxious dogs. They have three veterinarians on hand... When I had to make a tough decision pertaining to my feline last winter, Dr. Hada was there every step of the way. This was a difficult time for me & he made sure I understood everything in addition to making me aware of the appropriate costs included. The entire office was very empathetic to my situation. Dr. Mohr administered vaccinations on my brother's pitbull today (5/9/2023). He was friendly & straightforward. Dr. Nave Culbertson has also helped me understand what was going on with a couple of my furry friends. She's very kind. I will definitely be back. I recommend all of my loved ones to go here! TIPS + As soon as they open on Tuesday morning has been the best time to go. + Walk-ins welcome.

I wasn't able to be there but my husband said they were so nice and caring. They even mailed us a condolence card and all staff signed it. It meant so much to us in our time of sadness!

First I want to say DON'T TRUST THEM, I'M WARNING YOU JUST DON'T!…read more I moved here from OK with 2 pets, my rare 11yr old brindle Italian Greyhound and my 2 yr old Lynx Point Siamese. I'll say I was impressed by Dr. Reddings ability to perform expensive procedures and prescribe medications totaling thousands. I'll pay the most to get the best and she fully took advantage of this. Once my beloved dog got sick, she didn't have enough time to treat his severe condition. Convinced me his quality of life wasn't going to improve and it would be best to euthanize him. Worst experience EVER. I was hysterical after they preformed the procedure. Fast forward to the following year when my family was diagnosed with ringworm. I contacted the clinic about my cat ZIGGY and was seen promptly due to my ability to pay vet balances in full and without hesitation. While at my appointment Dr. Redding advised me she couldn't deal with my cat due to his fractious behavior but would prescribe the best most expensive antifungal to treat his condition and sent me on my way. I'm gunna mention here my cat ZIGGY had no handling problems at his previous veterinary clinic. They all laughed and joked about his personality. Fast forward to the day they allowed a secretary to play doctor. I previously called more than once due to several problems while treating my cat, they never asked to see him or retest for any other parasites. He was suffering from coccidia but this diagnosis was never discussed with me. Dr. Redding never spoke with me about my concerns or his severe infection. I was told they could help but it would be to euthanize my pet. After refusing such services 3 times, the secretary Rylea presented a "helpful solution ". On OCT 1ST Rylea checked ZIGGY in at Grandview and we exchanged information to keep contact. After 2 weeks of trying to obtain photos and proof my cat was being treated, I was told by a woman Rylea called "shelly" that they live trapped ZIGGY and shipped him on a van to MN. My husband promptly went to vet management about the problem and was told they would not and could not help us find our cat. When we reached out online and to rescues about locating ZIGGY, we learned the veterinary clinic was telling ppl we wanted him dead. They have taken our pet from us and also prevent him from being returned. We have lost both our pets due to this clinic since moving to Odessa in 2019. I would never recommend this doctor, she's as fake as it gets and clearly her only motivation here is monetary gain. If pets were her concern, mine would still be safe at home with us!

I have been taking my animals to A to Z for about 14 years now. This was the only Vet I trusted,…read moreand believe me I tried other vets that were less expensive even took my babies to Seminole because the vet there is a third of the price of A-to-Z costs, even with the drive there and back . But recently, my cats have been diagnosed with roundworms because I rescued a stray recently, and she ended up having worms. I can't get one of my cats to take the medicine and surprisingly I called the vet to see if they could help me and they just gave me the same advice to crush up the pills and put it in water and put it in a syringe and give it to him. Well, I tried to let the girl answer the phone. No I did all of that and I also tried crashing it up and putting it in tuna oil, and I tried putting it in his favorite food. He's not the friendliest cat so he gets very traumatized. Whenever you wrap him in a blanket try to force something down his throat. He will literally bite you and claw you. But that's just his nature, we knew this about him when we rescued him as a little kitten and we just let him be the cat that he wants to be. He doesn't bother us unless we try to pick him up or try to give him any medicine apparently. I called A-to-Z just to have them help me and I was turned down. Roundworms don't just go away on their own. They're fatal and I'm trying to save my animals. I'm very disappointed with this Vet.
