Package arrives today, with item missing. Item is now sold out. No notification from them, no mention of refund, just Shopify mentioning item is sold out, but bill reflects the price. Customer service/warehouse number goes to a voicemail that is full and cannot leave a message. Do not recommend, product not worth the hype and the risk of dealing with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will say, if you have the time it might be worth it to venture to their flagship location or to one that might have a bit more to take in. The store itself has a wide range of gifts and items for all ages. The best part is that you are also supporting the local businesses that produced it! There is a wall full of cool art pieces that always catch my attention. They rotate products in and out, so it's always a surprise whenever you visit. I went in looking for some gifts to give to a friend I will be visiting and ended up finding the perfect items, while also getting some things for myself. I took full advantage of the small table that was set up full of pet related products. I would say the prices are above average, but it is definitely still worth a browse to see if you can find some good deals. On my most recent visit, however, I was dismayed to see MAGA hats on the shelf, and the owner walking around with a big Trump patch sewn to his vest. For a store that claims to support the police and military--who serve everyone equally--Mickey's sure has a funny way of showing it. Sorry, Mickey's, but I have many LGBTQ+ friends, as well as friends who aren't yet US Citizens. I also speak Spanish and have a vested interest in treating everyone kindly. Apparently you don't.
