They were honest and extremely reasonably priced. Bike is perfect. It's in mint condition, and is about 16 years old. I ended up buying an addition $200 in lights while I was there. Check them out! I've have gotten my bike serviced here a couple of times and bikes have been sharp. This place can easily be 5star. I give it 4 star because when I was assembling my bike I was limited to the tools that I had so I took my frame here to have a tapered headset removed from my old frame. These guys turned me down saying they didn't have the tool to remove a tapered headset. What kind of bike shop doesn't have a tool to remove a tapered headset?

I went inside the store and told the cashier the box was open and the pool was used (it was another brand brown pool) so they exchanged It. The second pool was ripped (I noticed until we open the box at the house) and I went to the store to return it and they told me no returns/exchange. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY NEVER MENTION THIS POLICY ABOUT POOLS. Now I have to see if BESTWAY can send me a replacement. We cant even use the pool. This sucks!!! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They should put a sign or mention the no returns/exchange "policy" before buying it. DONT BUY HERE! THIS STORE SUCKS! Go walmart instead.
