She said repeatedly, this is a slam dunk case. After 9 months of extensions there was no defense at all. It was like she didn't even know my story. Reverted only to, "Isn't it true..." questions because she was so lost and disorganized. Her Candy Crush game had more of her attention than my case. Plaintiff wasn't following new custody orders and she said it would just cost me more and very little outcome. No compassion at all! I have a bill $14,000 over our agreed terms! So we signed to agreement with him for $2,500 and then months went by nothing was going on so finally we fired them in August and then they said they would look into getting our money back and then nothing. I've been fighting with them and now they just said tough luck sucks to be you.They should have looked right away and saw the other person's name on the deed for this trailer and it would have been over right away.The paralegal at our probate lawyers office up here in Spokane heard about this and she looked it up in 5 minutes and found out what was going on with that deed.I am taking this to the bar in San Bernardino County. I recommend everybody else who's been scammed by this law firm do the same and I also recommend you tell everyone you know they are scam artists!
