She denied induction again after threatened preterm labor not even 12 hours later. Three days later my son was stillborn, and even then she ignored and denied her negligence and blamed a rare disease that is less than 1 in 1 million even when testing proved different. When no fetal heart rate was found and she was begged for an emergency C-section... I was yet again told no. Because a C-section is hard enough to recover from let alone when you don't get to take your baby home. I have never in my life received worse care than I did with her.

In agony, I began calling OBGYN offices and not one had availability to see me or it seemed did not want to take a new/ visiting patient. They all referred me to urgent care, which would not complete the necessary procedure and thus referred me to the ER. But, Henneberg's women's clinic suite 201 took me in. The friendly office staff thankfully asked their most amazing and competent ARNP, Jessica Brown, and she opened her schedule for me to be seen. Jess and her nurse, Kim, were fantastic! I am Beyond words of grateful expression when I think of them- their kind and friendly manner matched their competence. A Bartholins cyst is extremely painful to remove and Jess is the best at doing so- better than my OBGYN at home I. California. She performed the procedure to add a catheter and the office was so kind to me as I departed. Nurse Kim and Jess both followed up with phone calls and coordinating a marsupializaton on their busy calendar while I was still in town. If I lived in Coeur d Alene, they would be my primary! Every appointment was negative, even after being relieved when my baby turned head down, she just went on to the next negative issue that 'could happen.' Understanably, the negatives need to be brought up, but should we dwell on them? It took me 10 years to get pregnant, and when she suggested induction at 36 weeks I questioned it only for her to throw my struggles in my face. She looked down on me, scoffed at how I wanted to do things, and stressed me with unnecessary theories. She's sneaky. Ordering tests without talking to you rescheduling appointments without telling you... she's awful and only cares about herself.
