When I arrived, I learned I had an outstanding bill I didn't know about. I was stressed, surprised, and admittedly irritated -- not at the staff, but at the situation itself. Even in that moment, the front-desk team handled everything with such patience and grace that it completely shifted the tone of the visit. They were calm, kind, and compassionate when they absolutely could have mirrored my frustration. Instead, they chose empathy. They chose understanding. They chose to treat me with dignity at a moment when I was overwhelmed -- and that meant more than I expected, especially since the bill was mine to take care of. I want to emphasize this because it matters: people always have a choice in how they treat others. These amazing women chose to elevate the situation instead of escalating it. That is rare, and it speaks volumes about who they are. And if any of the staff see this, I hope you take a moment to reflect on how powerful your kindness truly is. I couldn't get up and down even a curb, my leg was aching even when it was elevated, and my cast was falling off. Great patient care, folks! (Yikes ) I ended up finding another PCP that could get me in within a few days of the 1st of the month. No compassion at all. Its sad that our medical care is so crappy and good care is not consistent and hard to find *sigh* As for the daily operations, without requesting it or having seen a doctor there, Vista Care sent my hubby a Cologuard box with instructions to send in a sample. Well, my hubby's proctologist previously told him that with his history, he has to get colonoscopies and that he should not rely on Cologuard! Seriously. What a waste of product, and it's now in the trash. Vista Care does not care about your health or you as a person. It's all about the number of patients they see per day and forcing products on patients whether or not they should be using it.

I stayed at the clinic to try get a hold of insurance for them but spent almost thirty minutes on the phone with no success They said I was taking too long even though this insurance issue should've been dealt with on their end before we came to our appointment. We drive out 40 minutes just to see this doctor for personal reasons. They tried turning us away and we said we can pay cash. They said it was illegal for them to take cash because we initially told them we have insurance. Long story short, we were frustrated and left the clinic. We tried calling back to get my daughter seen. They responded by saying they were no longer taking new patients. We called a few times more and kept getting the same answer. The last time we called, the receptionist said there was an issue with our insurance. I called our insurance and they said we were black listed from their clinic and cannot call back. I just wished they told us up front and discussed about what happened instead of lying and giving us the runaround. They're not organized and they might not tell you the truth. Don't come here.

He was able to dot her ears and used a piercing gun one at a time to get the earrings in. Of course there were tears, but my daughter was fine once we got to the hallway. I took the appointment and went on a "wait list" for any openings. As always I figured - wait list - I never get called. Well I did, just 2 Days. My experience was a good one. I was checked in by an amazing lady. Then my pre-visit for vitals was great and ultimately my visit was good and we are moving forward to fix me all up. Additionally the online portal is beyond fabulous. I feel that I'm in excellent communications and that is so helpful when you work and may not be able to look at these things during normal business hours.

He forcefully pulled my son out of me causing severe trauma to both me and him and then proceeded to stitch me up WITHOUT ANESTHESIA I was screaming and he kept going while nurses told me to quiet down. I have so much birth trauma from this negligent OB, he ended up losing his OB license shortly after the birth of my son as he was responsible for further negligence with other mothers & babies. You are better off going to absolutely anyone else besides this man. I really liked him up until my induction and delivery where I clearly didn't matter. Horrible doctor that left me refusing OB care for YEARS after.
