I went here after I first got tattooed and had to get Bepanthen. Apparently that's what you need to stop your skin falling off in brightly-coloured chunks. I called the pharmacy before I went to check that they had it, and the woman assured me that they did.
"Bepanthen? Of course. How old is your little one?"
"Um... what?"
"The Bepanthen's for your baby?"
"No, my arm."
There was a pause on the phone.
"Oh! Of course! Bepanthen!"
It turns out Bepanthen make two ointments - one you put on tattoos, one you put on babies. Once that was cleared up, the whole exchange went swimmingly. I went in to pick up my ointment, I exchanged pleasantries with the staff, I made a note to come back if I ever have a baby that needs ointmenting.
