Staff was friendly and we didn't have any issues throughout our stay! The restaurant for breakfast was great each morning. The rooms were fine, nothing special. Our vents were pretty gross, and could use a proper cleaning. The A/C struggled to keep up with the 100+ degree exterior temp, but it got cold enough to sleep by nightfall. I wouldn't recommend staying in this area if you have any choice, but if you do, this seemed like the best choice in the direct vicinity.

My family and I traveled from Reno, Nevada, to watch our son compete in the High School State Finals in Fowler. After a long six-hour drive, we arrived earlier than expected. I contacted the front desk to ask about an early check-in, and Erica went above and beyond. Not only did she have a room ready immediately, but she also arranged for our family to stay in a spacious two-bedroom suite. Having served as a police officer in the Fresno area for 28 years, I remember this location well from its days as a Residence Inn. I was very impressed by the transformation. However, I have never felt unsafe parking and going to my room. The suites are laid out fairly well -with good size tv's in both rooms. There is also a fridge and mini kitchen area should you need it. This hotel is the ultimate 3 star experience which I have bumped up -because of the solid breakfast in the morning. I am also a rewards member , and have been for a while. My points are adding up , but I don't have enough for any discounts or anything. Oh , and be prepared for a 250.00 hold on your credit card - for " incidentals ". Seems excessive but they can do what they want as it is their property.

My shower water turned cold about 5 minutes into my shower. I was afraid the water wouldn't turn hot again, so I rushed through conditioning. It did turn back warm hot, but turned cold really fast again. This will now be my go-to hotel for any business trips to Fresno!

This is not the first time we have forgotten or lost a key and I, by myself, have went to the desk, showed my CLD with same last name and address and have been given a key at EVER OTHER Hilton I have ever stayed at WITH NO ISSUES. So my son who was with my Mom, who just buried her husband, had to drive over to give me a key. This made an already difficult day even more so. Therefore I don't recommend staying at this Hotel. Ps... the girl behind the counter had zero compassion for my situation that she was well aware of, rude!
