Placed an order for delivery last night, waited way longer than any pizza should take, and called only to have them tell us it was delivered. We didn't know where it was delivered but it wasn't our house. We told Casey's no it wasn't whereupon they said then it's a Doordash problem call them. Ok when we called CASEY'S and asked for delivery and paid CASEY'S for the pizza AND delivery, there was no mention of Doordash. We assumed as with Rosati's Casey's has their own delivery drivers, but even so since we are in no way involved in who does the delivery it is still a CASEY'S problem. I posted on our community FB page to ask if anyone rec'd a pizza they didn't order and about 30 minutes later our neighbors who only noticed because they were just arriving home found our pizza in the box laying on their porch and delivered it to us. I should also mention due to appointments we had during the day neither of us had eaten anything, making it even worse that the pizza was lost. So just a warning CASEY'S takes no responsibility for their contracted delivery people from door dash.

All of the times that I have purchased anything from this gas station I get greeted with a genuine smile. The ladies that work here are always friendly, polite and very helpful. They keep everything well stocked and it's not very common to encounter a gas station with such great employees.

I have filled my car from this station for several years. Even when the pumps are not working and…read moreyou have to go inside to pay first( last month for a week) or there is no paper in the pump so you have to go inside for a receipt. Today there were people there working on the pumps. I filled up my vehicle as I have done in the past with regular fuel. The green light was on this selection. As I watched the pump I was shocked as to why it was $15 more than normal, so I looked at the receipt and I was charged for premium. I have never put premium in my car. I went inside and asked and they went outside and asked the workmen working on the pumps! Of course they had no idea. No offer of a credit or refund. This is the last time I will go there. There's a Mobil station across the street and I will be giving them my business.

On this particular night there were about 5 young men there. We have never had a problem before, but on this night these men were loud swearing up a storm for no concern of other people. One gentleman had his daughter with him, who was a minor and she was also playing the slots. My concern was that the girls who were working thought nothing of it and was allowing all of this to go on. At one point they were talking and joking with them, no concern what so ever. The guys were punching the machines , foul language, and all together rude!!!!! We used to love this place. But I don't think that we will back.

Price looked a little high. I checked the receipt it was $4.349 I got 13.455 gallons. I went inside to ask the clerk about the difference. She would not refund the difference. She told me the correct price was 439.9 but the sign was 404.9 because she did not know how to change it. Is this Shell Oil's policy?
