I think the planning behind the layout could have been way more intentional. Unfortunately noon on a Friday is peak hours- this place was packed. So packed it got to a point where it was almost ridiculous, and the line wasn't that fast. However, I was really desperate for a car wash. I came in at 12:31 noon and I didn't leave until 1:06 pm. I definitely wasn't expecting a trip to the car wash to be 30 mins. This wouldn't be so bad if the performance made up for the wait time. However, unfortunately my car still had some dirt marks. My car was mostly clean- but not fully. Which is surprising because this place is uber popular. I got the very basic car wash for $7, maybe that's why my car wasn't as clean as expected. Overall, it was a pretty mediocre experience. I would much rather go to my usual car wash spot that's $2 less. My car is usually spotless when I go there. At the very least I can finally cross very popular car wash off my list but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Unless of course I really REALLY need a car wash.

You drove up to the door, selected your wash, go into the building, read news papers or magazines enjoy the free coffee, socialize or even watch tv. Your cars was washed and waxed, windows cleaned and the interior vacuumed. Today, you drive up to a car wash version of an ATM, select your wash and pay. Then you drive to the entrance, get guided into the wash, stay in the car with in in neutral, don't drive or steer, then you can wipe down and vacuum your own car. How I miss the old days! Don't get me wrong, it's still a decent wash for the money. Within a few miles there are several car washes to choose from, with a new Delta Sonic under construction on route 34 in Oswego. It's going to be interesting how or if the older washes up their game to compete with the new soon to open Delta Sonic.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH FULLER CAR WASH…read more I strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing your vehicle to Fuller Car Wash. I went there on August 22, 2026, which was my son's birthday, and my vehicle went into the car wash with no damage whatsoever to my driver-side mirror. When I came out of the car wash, my entire driver-side mirror had been ripped off and was hanging/destroyed. I immediately contacted the police and filed a police report regarding the incident. I then contacted the number Fuller Car Wash provided to me, believing I was being given the owner's contact information. However, I discovered that the number was simply the car wash's own phone number. I also asked management for an email address so I could communicate and properly resolve the situation, but I was told to find the email online myself. I eventually found the contact information on my own and reached out. Unfortunately, my attempts to get the owner/management to address the damage and work toward a reasonable resolution have been ignored. Instead of taking responsibility for investigating what happened, I was essentially made to feel as though I had caused the damage myself, despite the vehicle entering the wash without any damage and leaving with the mirror completely ripped off. I was also informed that another customer reportedly experienced a similar situation and had difficulty getting the company to resolve it, eventually taking the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). At this point, I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and pursuing the appropriate next steps regarding the damage to my vehicle. I am posting this review to warn other customers and to share my personal experience. Please inspect your vehicle carefully before and after using this car wash, and consider taking pictures or video of your vehicle beforehand so you have documentation of its condition. I hope Fuller Car Wash chooses to properly address this situation, because customers should not have to fight to get a legitimate damage complaint taken seriously.
