There's much more to express about the bond and friendship that we built but it's tough to put that into words. So, here goes: Beginning of our home search: My husband and I interviewed 6 different real estate agents. It was important to find the right person to help us find our next home because our first home buying experience wasn't great. Of the six interviews, Sandy was the ONLY ONE who really listened to our goals and vision, educated us on what to expect, and sought to teach us how to become well-informed, savvy buyers. Sandy helped us to quickly sell our beautiful east bay home after a sudden career shift moved us out of the area. We were referred to her by a friend and from the start it was clear Sandy was a great choice as she made the time to come see us the next day and had a complete plan in place only a few days later. By the time the husband and I met Sandy, we were in pretty urgent need of a house. We were also pitifully clueless about the crazy East Bay market and had already made one rejected offer.
