I was there for a urine drug test, and at that point I was on the verge of wetting myself because I had drank a bottle of water prior to arriving. 40ish minutes into my wait I inquired on how long it would be and said I really had to go, and I was told "you have to hold it because our only bathrooms are in the back." Wow, they don't even have public restrooms, which is absurd to me. The woman who helped me with my drug test was friendly enough. I've never had to wait this long for a drug test at any other lab facilities, even as a walk in. Avoid this location if you can.

Everything was fine at Quest! I arrived early, appointment…read morewas scheduled for 8am, and I was called in at 7:45. The waiting area had a place to log in or scan your paper work. No need for a receptionist. Waiting room was fine, nothing fancy but clean. Lobotomist lady was super nice and friendly. I had 13 different tests done and I started to receive some of the results in less than 24 hours. Still waiting for 4 more tests which I am sure will arrive shortly. The room I was admitted in was clean as well and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. The website is easy to navigate, just read and follow the instructions. I found out about Quest via Fullscript after my nutritionist requested the 13 different blood work needed I was scheduled to go to a different quest lab but received an email a few days prior to my appointment to let me know that particular location was closed, and I needed to go to 2 Doctors place in Asheville. I could not reach Quest but contacted Fullscript and they helped me reschedule for the same day and time at the other location.

I called my doctor, and she sent me another one, but they said it could only be faxed. After that, my appointment had passed and I had to wait all over again, but I couldn't because I needed to get to work. But then Cherie helped me calm down and get past my panic. She gave me a juice and a hug and was so incredibly sweet! Updating my visit since it's been awhile since my first review…read more So I went to Mission Lab Express for blood work, and overall, it was a positive experience again! It's great going in to get your blood drawn and you know ahead of time it won't be too bad. And it's even better that the process was fast once you're checked in. That's always a plus when you're dealing with medical appointments as we all know!! The girls behind the counter at Mission Lab Express are skilled at taking blood. The fact that it never hurts when they do it is definitely a testament to their expertise. Having a painless experience during blood work can make a big difference in how comfortable you feel throughout the process.
