We have to skip her if she doesn't come back. Just don't even put her on there then" and glared at us and didn't speak directly to us, only to the guy at the desk. My roommate said that wasn't a problem and that she just wouldn't leave then, and stay the whole time, and the nurse threw up her hands and was like "well can't put someone on the board if you're gonna leave. Sorry." In a very condescending and rude/dismissive tone, not apologetic at all. We sat and waited and while we waited, a guy came in, checked in, and got called, and when they called him over he asked if he could leave and grab something and come back and they said yes, and he left and came back and got served again. Ridiculous double standards, even when I've been here in the past for my own clinic check ups, they've been extraordinarily rude. Not the doctor, but the nurses, every one of them are Karens who hate their jobs it seems. I seriously have never been so baffled by the lack of care for anyone who walks in, and that's a shitty trait to have as a literal NURSE.

I have been coming here for over a decade and I am probably healthier than I have been in the last 40 years thanks to a doctors who cares about the whole person and a medical group that doesn't give up on their patient. If I had had the privilege of knowing this group of medical professionals years ago, I wouldn't spend so long, not working and living on disability, so that people understand being on disability is not a privilege and it sucks so when you find someone who can help you get back to being a normal person it really means the world.
