I have a shower with some kind of a leak through the base (I'm still working to figure out how it is happening). I thought that perhaps the saniglaze process would fix this leak, since I'd been told the leak was through the grout, and the Saniglaze process makes the grout watertight. Bryan Hurtado from the company spoke to me, and went out to look at the shower to see if he thought it might fix the problem. He could easily have misled me to believe that there was a chance, and since the saniglaze process is a lot less expensive than replacing the whole shower, I might've gone through with it. He did not do this, and pointed out that he didn't think the holes in the grout were sufficient to cause the level of leakage I was seeing in the shower. I'm writing this review because it is refreshing to find honest people in business, and want to help others find them also. Cheers
