Smelly garbage cans no more! Cantastic is a mobile pressure washing station that comes to your house on your designated trash pick up day and cleans your can. You can sign up for a monthly service or as-needed. (You get a bit of a discount if you do the recurring option.) There have been a few times that I've seen the technician pull out papers or other trash that was stuck to the bottom of the can before pressure washing it. No trash or water is left behind-they take it all away in their large truck (that looks similar to a garbage truck). It's a great service and leaves your trash bins smelling fresh and clean-a huge benefit for those of us with pets or anyone really, who makes garbage. read more

They did a great job the first time when I saw them cleaning the neighbors cans, and was really happy and signed up for a subscription for them to come more often. They didn't show up! I left my can out for two days and they didn't show up. They even sent me a confirmation email saying that they did clean my cans! The grime and dirt would say otherwise. I've tried calling them and have left messages. Can't get hold of anyone to talk to them. If they fix this rapidly I'll adjust the stars up. If they don't it will go from a 3 to a 1. Edit: an hour after the review they decided to call saying they will send a driver and to please have the can on the curb. They had my address wrong by a number for an address that doesn't exist. But why did I get an email saying it was done? read more

The quality is horrible. This is the second time this has happend but this time I caught it. He was forced to come back and fix the issue but there shouldn't be an issue when you are paying someone to perform a service for you. I would never recommend this company. They don't do what they say and I specifically asked the person on the phone the amount they were charging me and it ended up being over $250 more and I had no idea till my husband called me. They admitted multiple errors on their end starting 1 year back but tried saying it was the customer service reps word against mine because I had no proof we agreed in an amount even though all the messages back my claim. I sent proof of the initial charges and everything. They couldn't be more unprofessional. read more

We had our first service last week from CANtastic (www.cantastic.biz). They took care of four nasty, smelly cans, layered with four years of crud! I happened to be at home so I came out to watch. Big truck, hydraulics, 195-degree water through high-pressure nozzles - what's not to love!? I had originally considered ways to clean them myself, but nothing I could think of would get through the layers of grime, not to mention what would get washed downstream to our neighbors. I kept seeing the CANtastic truck drive past my house. At first I didn't consider it, but then I started taking notice of how unpleasant my trash was. The team comes the day that your trash is picked up so your can is empty. Russ made a special trip to do my first cleaning and I was really impressed. I never could have done such a great job. I was one of the first in my area to subscribe to Cantastic and it is a great service. However, they have simply become dishonest and greedy in their business practices. Whereas in past years, I was charged $224 for 3 garbage cans cleaned quarterly, they then decided to charge me $304 on Dec 8th 2022, informing me they were increasing the cleanings per year from 4 to 5. This evening, Dec 31 2022, a mere 23 days after the last increase, I received an email that they were increasing the number of cleanings to 6 per year and I would be billed $365 per year. Thing is, I didn't agree to the increase in number of cleanings or a 64% increase in my annual bill. I have no idea why a business would assume their customers are ok with a unilateral change in number of service visits and the consequent increase in their bill. I realize it's easier to make your existing customers pay more than actually going out and getting new customers, but this is just unacceptable. Canceled my service. read more

This is so cool! My garbage can looks like the day it was delivered! I live in an HOA community which requires me to keep my cam inside my garage and I used to cringe every time I walked out in to my garage but they definitely fixed that! So someone me from Cantastic just pulled up and started washing my bins. My daughter thought someone was stealing them. I didn't request or pay for this service although I have been needing it badly. CANtastic is an awesome service and they do an amazing job. No one likes to clean out garbage bins as it's difficult time consuming and I don't have a power washer readily available to do this. All this means is that before CANtastic, my trash bins would never be cleaned. Now they are cleaned monthly and it makes a huge difference. Russ is very communicative and works hard to keep his schedule. I recommend CANtastic to everyone. read more

Mixed feelings about this service. They did not meet my initial expectations. When I first scheduled my appointment I picked a date and time of day for the service. They had to reschedule for nearly two weeks out because of labor day and when they did come it wasn't at the time of day I expected (5:00 PM instead of 1:00). The reschedule wasn't communicated to me until the morning I was expecting the service. I wish they would've anticipated the holiday effecting the date of service so I could've known what to expect when initially signing up. Had I known it would've taken so long I could have done the cleaning myself. There was also little interpersonal communication. I received emails and texts but would've liked to speak to someone on the phone to have clarity about the process. However, the service did significantly improve the smell of my cans tremendously which was my main concern. I don't think this is a service I would rely on more than once, maybe twice a year because of the lack of communication and inconsistency. However, they did get the job done and that's what matters. read more

Never thought i'd review a garbage can cleaning service but it really is amazing! We moved into an old house and the can is old and smelled SO BAD - like new york city dumpster bad. Neither of us wanted to go near it! Tried spraying it with lysol + hose and that did nothing (no surprise) so I called these guys. The can is still ugly and beat up but smells like BABY POWDER! I would literally climb inside if i had to! Will definitely hire again after winter. read more

Super happy with this service! My trash bin was disgusting and I have to keep it in my garage due to the HOA. With summer coming, I was dreading the heat making my garage reek, so when I saw the Cantastic truck in my neighborhood, I pulled over to see if they had time to come clean mine.
