I went in for follow up appointment the week after my first visit, and was very happy that some additional testing was ordered to see what the problem is. I didn't feel rushed or like they were just moving on to next patient when I was done.

After using them without success, I experienced hearing loss due to a complete blockage. Luckily Dr. Leug was able to see me as a walk-in without insurance. I am glad to say my issue was completely resolved and would highly recommend anyone with a similar problem to come get a professional ear cleaning.

Dr. Karlsberg and his staff are always so kind and friendly. I can't believe these negative reviews! I feel bad that I never gave his office a positive review when I could have so many times. I'm coming in to get some broken capillaries removed from my nose and chin. I'll post before and after photos so check for my updated review. I'm going in next week. Here's my before photo. I promise to be very honest in my review. I truly hope this whole "negative reviews" thing is in no way a reflection on his office because some people can get very emotional when they don't get the answers they want. I truly wish they (those reviewers) found a doctor that told them what was going on with them. I'll be back next week with updates. But I know this doctor is amazing. He loves caring for his patients. I have broken capillaries or spider veins on my face. Thanks to genetics in my family and loving the sun. At age 56, I want less of these, since I don't like wearing foundation on my skin. Will post after photos soon! Five stars for all my past experiences here and the fact that I trust this doctor very much. And his staff are amazing! Rhonda

Billing dept mgr and scribe says my spouse has low back pain. He takes an occasional Advil after riding over 40 miles on his bicycle and up in the mountains at 76 yr old. Dr Williams asked me if I took calcium/D3. I have NEVER been D3 deficient and started taking calcium with D3 in it in when 50 years old as Dexa scan said a bit of osteopenia which has changed little in 25 years. We simply answered Dr Williams questions and I asked her to check my husband's hearing. The scribe and Billing Mgr will write in anything they can (true or not) to charge you extra! It was all routine exam, eyes, ear, throat heart, lung, and breast exam for me. No internal exams. We will be changing doctors asap and refuse to pay extra fees for routine exams and to answer questions. We are healthy, exercise, eat right, and NOT overweight. We reported them to Aetna FRAUD dept! I notified Dr Williams. She will be retiring in 2 years she told me. AVOID THIS GROUP with offices located in Ventura and Oxnard. This is the first time they started UPCHARGING despite going there for several years for our physicals/wellness visit!

Walking in on a warm autumnal October at noon, I was able to easily park at this facility. I came…read more20 minutes earlier than my appointment as I anticipated paperwork. Arriving all the way from Orange County, I thought I would give the imaging centers in Ventura County a try The office was extremely easy to find being in suite 120 at the intersection of the hallways, basically the center of the building. As I opened the doors, the interior seem spacious with inviting interior decorations. I am typing this review as I sit in the waiting room. The paperwork for me took about 5 minutes to finish as it was rather straight forward. The staff seem kind when they knew immediately who I was even as I was a new patient based on my appointment time. The ultrasound technician was extremely nice and courteous, having over 15 years of experience. The ultrasound experience was efficient as can be as I was comfortable, yet he was able to take a lot of pictures both ventrally and laterally with his ultrasound wand, with the right amount of pressure without it hurting. The ultrasound gel was warm and much appreciated it. The small talk was brief and enjoyable as I remained pretty much quiet throughout the entire procedure except holding breath when he says so. Afterwards, I returned to the office where I was able to reschedule my upcoming chest xray appointment with Stephanie. She had excellent customer service and was very polite. She even let me prefill a form so I don't have to fill it on the day of. Overall, I got my results back the next day. Instantaneously. I don't know about the other reviews on here but this has been the most pleasant experience I've come across in imagining. Coming all the way from Orange County. I look forward to my next appointment! Update: Amber, the x-ray technician for my chest x-ray was extremely skilled. She helped me remove my necklace, was very courteous, polite, positive, and radiant as she took my x-ray in an efficient manner. It literally took 5 minutes. The front office staff was also in the festive spirit with Halloween attire. In conclusion, this diagnostic office is probably the best office I have ever visited in my life! (And I've been to a lot of medical offices as an EMT).

Scheduling…read moreand customer service was fine on the phone and they were nice in person however I came and brought my father, this is where 3 stars is. The front check ins consist of 2 small sections, 1 has 2 front ladies with computers next to each other where you check in and stand up. The other small section to the right has another person with a computer and for someone to sit down if needed. However the section with 2 people you are literally standing next to another patient, me and my father were checking him in standing next to another patient as she was checking in. I attached a photo for reference. During check in, they did state they would ask a few questions, I did not think too much of it till they started asking him about his medical condition, past medical treatments, his current medications and history OUTLOUD. I got uncomfortable after a while and asked to complete it myself, why are we speaking this out loud? Is this not against HIPPA? They give patients registration forms to sign with a clip board and have them sit down... why not let your patients complete the medical questionnaire?! Why should patient standing next to us hear his current diagnosis, medication and current and past treatments especially if its super sensitive to him. My father and I noticed that after he mentioned specific words regarding his personal life, the patient to our right kept looking over. Again the answers themselves were sensitive and I don't feel my father got the privacy he deserved. After we left my father was really not happy with that and neither was I. He did NOT feel his information was private despite how many people are in the room or not, why does he have to say it outloud? If management is reading this, as a worker in the healthcare field myself... I would suggest patients answering that themselves on paper as this info is private. No matter if people stand next to each other at check in, we can hear everything here in the waiting room chairs. Other than this, I will say this place is very clean and nice and well kept.
