Dr. Joseph Lee is an ass'ole of a doctor if you have ever met one. He is condescending and callous and to be honest he should not be allowed to practice especially with younger more sensitive or impressionable patients. He made no effort to listen or help and went on providing examples of extreme cases that had nothing to do with us and even admitted to doing surgeries with no clue about what he was looking for. The only thing I agree with him wholeheartedly about is that he mentioned a couple of times that there are other doctors much smarter than him! I learnt through this experience never to go to any new doctor without chevking their reviews first. DR JOSEPH LEE is condescending, arrogant, and dismissive. He possibly may be a competent doctor but his patient care and personality leave much to be desired. I have had good experiences previously with DR VOORMAN. He is a kind, patient, thorough doctor that gives the kind of care that I would hope someone would treat all patients with. However DR JOSEPH LEE talked down to me, snickered when I told him a few thoughts, and seemed generally disinterested in my welfare or questions. Fortunately I can see another ENT, unfortunately I wasted a visit and co-pay with that miserable human being. My advice is to NOT let yourself be treated by ENT DR JOSEPH LEE. read more

After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried, but my primary Dr. gave me a referral to West Coast ENT for a perforated ear drum so I had to go. It was a very good experience! They called me in to the exam room 10 minutes past my appt time, so the wait was short. I saw Dr. Stephen Chan and he was very nice, listened well and checked out my ear thoroughly. No one here has any idea what's going on. They have no problem wasting your time, you can call and ask them all kinds of questions only to show up and realize that whoever you talked to has no idea what you are talking about. I took both of my children here for required hearing tests. One child passed quickly with flying colors. The other had some issues with her tests that was inconclusive. The doctor basically told me my 11 year old lol daughter was lying and making it up for attention as most girls her age do. I tried not to. Yes because it was such a left field, rude, unfounded, unprofessional accusation. She stated we needed to come back to get a second opinion from a different doctor to corroborate and validate he theory that nothing was wrong with my daughters hearing. She then tried to "scare" my daughter by telling her that if she really did have these results she would have to wear large hearing aids and everyone would see them and it would be very serious and not fun, etc. The office then required a second referral for the follow up they were requesting and that I would have to call and get the referral and then call back and make another appointment. They wouldn't even let me make the appointment there at the office that day. They stated I had to call and obtain Thai other referral and then I could call back and make an appointment. My doctors office stated that made no sense but they would call the ENT office and get it taken care of and get them what they need. Later that day I received confirmation from both offices that the second referral had gone through and I could call back the ENT and schedule my daughter's appointment because they were not allowing the pediatricians office to schedule on my behalf. So I had to call back and make that appointment. The appointment was confirmed and made for ONE MONTH later. They called me the morning of the appointment, 20 minutes before the appointment to tell me they didn't have the referral and we couldn't go to the appointment unless I provided them with one beforehand. I explained everything I already did and that they already had the referral they clearly lost. She said she would try and call the referring office and get a referral. She then called back to ask me if I could move the appointment when I had already kept my daughter home from school in the morning. I said absolutely not. So she said she would try again to contact their referral office. She hung up and five minutes later called ME back and started asking for my daughters file and referral thinking she was calling the referral desk. Get your act together guys. This was horrible customer service and healthcare service and I would not recommend them to anyone, especially being that they cater to a specific clientele with specific needs that they don't seemed equipped to assist with in a professional, kind, or timely manner. read more

I've been calling to get my minor daughter sleep study results and still haven't been given the information. The first time I called I was told they had t received them. That was a month after the study was conducted and was told that the doctor would receive them in 8 days. Now it's two months later and I called again and was told that there was a note in the file. Apparently, Dr Lee still had not reviewed them. I asked if the report was also sent to the Pediatrician only to be asked if they "the pediatrician" had requested them. Apparently it may be faster if I just request a copy of my records to review them myself. read more

Dr. Kho performed the worst surgery of my life on my nose. I now am looking at 13,000 bill to have reconstructive surgery to fix her mistake. Nothing improved after surgery my nose actually gradually worsen and ms Kho was very dismissive during my post op she also witness that her surgery was a complete fail. I'm very sadden by this it's taken a toll on my mental health my social health overall all my health. If you find yourself reading this please look for 2nd opinions don't do the same mistake I did and trust this doctor. read more

All the negative reviews seem to be true. You will wait a ridiculously long time or they might even cancel your appointment 10 minutes before only to reschedule and not honor that next appointment. Some of the staff clearly want to know they could not care less. read more

Worse experience for my husband and our family! Went in for a consult (which we paid the co-pay) then the doctor called a couple days later just to ask how he was doing and for that they billed insurance for a "tele-doc conference call". We ended up having to pay for literally nothing just for the doctor to ask 1 question! Completely false and shady practice this office and doctor is!!!! Never answer any follow up phone calls from this practice or doctor and if you do be ready to pay the ridiculous amount they charge for it!!!! Also they don't tell you there will be a charge for a follow up call! NO DISCLOSURES!! Never had such a horrible experience!!!! The worst case stomper service . I get an automated text asking me to arrive 30 minutes early. I'm am now waiting an hour and when I ask when I will be seen they inform that the doctor has 3 more patients ahead of me . I'm asked why I was required to be here 30 minutes early and she told me to ignore those automated text messages! Unbelievable read more

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR EVER. My son was referred by his regular doctor to see a specialist. We had the bad luck of walking to the West Coast office. After waiting for a long time, Doctor Joseph Lee walked in. From the beginning, he was rude and asked us why the other doctor could not diagnose the problem and asked why we had to come to see him. We told the doctor what happened and why we were there, and then he proceeded to harass my son, asking him questions in such a rude way that my wife had to stop him. He was not polite at all, and at the end, he just said he would refer us to somebody else. We asked why, and he said this was a minor situation and that he did not deal with minor surgeries. Then I tried to talk to the office manager, Silvia, and it was another nightmare; I left numerous messages, but she never returned my calls, or she never was at any office. Saw Dr. Fettman. One of the nicest doctors I have ever met. I have seen other ENT's, but none compare to Dr. Fettman. He is straight up and kind. I felt very happy with him performing my sinuplasty. Extremely unhappy with the surprise bill I received from this practice. I made it a priority to be proactive by calling my insurance prior to going to my appointment to ask how much a visit to the ENT would cost, I was told by insurance that it was up to the office, so before going to my appointment, give the office a call. I proceeded to call West Coast ENT in Oxnard to specifically ask how much my visit and procedure would cost. Again, this was all PRIOR to presenting to my appointment. I was told that my visit, which was also my first visit, would be of NO CHARGE. Just to be sure, I asked again when I checked-in and I was told by the receptionist once again that I would not have to pay anything as my insurance covered the visit. Once my visit was completed, I wanted to re-confirm (for the 3rd time) that the visit was in fact covered by insurance. Once again, I was told I would not have to pay anything as my insurance covered the visit. A month later, I was sent a bill. I spoke to the billing department and was told to speak to front office. The front office receptionist told me "Unfortunately, I'm not sure why whoever checked you in said that the visit was covered, but you do have to pay the amount that was billed to you." I then told her there was a specific reason why I had asked before and after the appointment if I was going to be charged anything (to prevent any hidden charges) and how I could have done things differently to have been aware of charges. Her response was, "We don't have a billing department in-house, so basically we would not be able to tell you how much procedures cost at the time of your visit, we would just bill insurance." So I responded with, "So if I needed to have a procedure completed, I wouldn't be able to know how much it would cost prior to the procedure being done? I would just get slammed with a surprise bill?" The response was, "Basically, again because we don't have a billing department in-house." I'm extremely disappointed in the negligence and carelessness in regards to front office and billing. De Kho was so amazing. Such a sweet, kind knowledgeable dr. Great with kids and was right on time to boot.

I took my Dad to see Dr. Voorman. At first "Claudia" took his pressure and explained what he would be seen for. I made a mental note to remember her name because of the beautiful warm way she spoke to my 83 year old Spanish speaking father. We were then taken to another room where Dr. Voorman and Cassandra were just as nice. I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. read more

Took my grandfather to see Dr. KHO. what a horrible expirence . She treated us with disrespectful and rude. Never taking him there again.
