Brandon also took the time to prep our bath remodel area to minimize dust and debris throughout the rest of the house. His attention to detail and not rushing product drying time between steps was something I was worried about but watching Brandon work step by step put my worries at ease. Brandons input and suggestions to both my wife and myself was not overbearing. He was clear that his previous work and ideas were merely to get the wheels turning without pressure. Additionally, I really appreciated the detail in the tile work. He aligned the drain, shower niche, shower tile, and floor tile to where it all flows together. Grout lines are smooth and line up perfectly. The overall experience was a positive one and I have no complaints. My thought was if they didn't care enough to let their team member know of changes and they know her, their demonstrated actions or lack thereof to a potential customer, was not one I wished to pursue. To give you some background, we had a water leak that destroyed our wooden floor and caused mold under the kitchen cabinets and the walls. It was a nightmare. Ciomara and Carlos were very empathetic, diligent, and hardworking throughout the process. They fixed our floor, our walls, and our cabinets.
