After remediation by ServPro, they referred 4Edges Construction to return the home to a liveable state. An appointment was scheduled for Friday, Jan 16th with a window of 1100-1300. Was told the individual would contact my cell phone prior to their arrival. I arrived at the property at 1045. At 1245 I called the office for an ETA. Alicia contacted the individual and was informed he would not be able to make it but would have another person come. He hadn't called her nor me. Reconfirmed they would be coming from Vacaville. Affirmative. The drive at that time of day would typically be 30 minutes or less. At 1430 (2:30) I called Alicia again and stated there was a no show by the second person and I was leaving. She offered to reschedule the appointment. My thought was if they didn't care enough to let their team member know of changes and they know her, their demonstrated actions or lack thereof to a potential customer, was not one I wished to pursue. Shame on you for putting her in that position. I was quite irked yet professional as it was not her fault. Alicia was courteous and apologetic. 4 EDGES Construction completed my bathroom remodel and it's GREAT. As the result of a major stroke, I walk very little and am in a wheelchair. My home, built in 1978, has small bathrooms. 4 Edges put in a curbless shower, floor to ceiling tiles, floor tiles, new vanities and accessories. As you can see from the pictures it not only looks GREAT, it's very functional; easy to get in and out of with plenty of space for my wife and I. I gave them a call after 20 minutes of waiting but person that answered the call said he might be in traffic. Not a good gesture of making a client wait. A courtesy call notifying client should have been done. I'm disappointed. Would leave 0 stars if possible. We had extensive water damage to our house. Serve Pro came out to clear the issue. They did a FANTASTIC JOB to clear out all the damage. They appointed us to their sister company Four Edges to get our house put back together. From the start they are unresponsive, lack of care, unprofessional and many more. Multiple emails and calls have been made reaching out to them without response. Once they finally responded we just wanted our house put back together and had the money. First step was dry wall. They sent a Tech out who did a horrible job! The wall they patched was bowed out causing my cabinet company to modify the cabinets significantly along with other issues. After payment per contract, they refused to come out to correct the issues. In response we no longer used them and went with a different company.
