I'm honestly writing this review on Christmas morning before my teenager wakes up because these guys basically saved my life! I got into a crash on the highway the day before Christmas eve, and luckily the police called Sano's Towing to tow my car. Our trunk was loaded and we live 5 hours away. It was 2 pm and we needed to figure out logistics of how to get home with all our stuff the day before Christmas Eve!!!! These men were ABSOLUTE ANGELS to us. First the guy who towed the car took both me my teen with him to the shop with the car. Second, I was calling car rentals -- none of whom had any cars -- and one of the men got on Priceline and showed me how to get a rental nearby fast!!! ANGEL!!!!! Then when I was calling an Uber to get there (again with no luck), the man said hey let me just take you guys AND HE DID AND WE GOT THERE IN TIME AND GOT A CAR and made it home by 10am safe and sound. FINALLY, the owner was extremely kind to us in helping us make arrangements and explaining what would happen to our car. Honestly, I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. I was so grateful to all of them and they would not even accept my offers of cash for thank yous. They really, really, really, really saved my and my teenager's holiday and I cannot thank them enough or say enough good things about them. Just a super, super auto body shop. Very rude to customer. The place does not take any payments except cash. Otherwise, you come back in morning with additional 1 day storage fees. I have never seen towing company not accepting credit card payments and staff is so arrogant and rude. I also check the rules and they don't even compile with Code of Ordinances imposed by the city. read more

My dad's 2019 Chevy Equinox was parked in his garage with the shifter stuck in Park. No way to back out a car. Called Sano's towing, spoke to Pete the owner, and explained the situation. Pete was very accommodating and patient and explained what options they would try to get the car out of the garage and onto the flatbed and to the dealership. Jose, the driver, was able to manually override the shifter into neutral and get the car onto the flatbed and towed to Quality Chevy in Englewood. I called at 6:45am after getting a flat tire from a large pothole on my way to work. The owner answered right away and was more than helpful in finding me a one of his drivers in close proximity to me. The driver showed up within about 25 min after I called and had my car loaded up on the truck within minutes to take my car to the dealership for repair. highly recommend for fast and timely service as well as reliability. read more

These people are rude to a shocking level. They confirm that they will deliver my car to the auto shop my insurance paid them for to do. Then i call to confirm if they delivered my car to the shop, and this guy says that they do not work with my insurance?! And he starts yelling at me when i explain that they confirmed with my insurance already. Then he yells and hangs up on my face. What a unprofessional way to run your business sir. My car was towed. Very rude. They only accept cash? But post no rates so you do not know how much to bring. As I listened to the gentleman on the phone I heard him say. No not one day two days. Like the other reviewers $220 that seems to be there standard answer. I had to walk three blocks to get cash. My problem was that they had no rates posted! Only take cash and are extremely rude. My 22 year old son got into a fender bender recently. The police called Sano's without asking if he had AAA or towing insurance. He was charged $225 to tow the car 2 miles. When I called 2 days later to ask what it would cost to tow a similar vehicle 2 miles, I was quoted $75. I was told between the standard fee for a police call in, clean up charge of $50 ( they picked up 2 pieces of plastic off the road) it came out to that amount. I asked why my son was charged 3x that amount I was quoted, their response, " that's what I'm allowed to charge". He went on to tell me that he was being nice in not towing it to his lot which would have cost me $35/day. In other words, they prayed upon a shaken up kid who had been in accident to gouge him out of an extra $150. This company is run by a predatory lowlife with no morals in the slightest degree. They charged him $225 to tow the car 2 miles. When I called the next day to ask the price to get towed 2 miles, they quoted me $75. I asked why they had charged my son 3x that amount. I was told it's automatically $150 when the police call, $50 clean up fee ( he removed 2 pieces of plastic from the ground) and $25 to tow the car 2 miles. I was basically told that they charged $225 because they could. He had the audacity to tell me I should have thanked him for not towing the car to his lot @ $35 per day storage. This low life prayed on my son being young and rattled, never having been in an accident. Avoid @ all costs. They are thieves that pray on the misfortune of others. They deserve 0 stars. read more

If you need to be towed for repairs AVOID this guy, he will try to steer you to the worst mechanic around with the highest prices. If you are picked up after an AAA call do not use the mechanic he tries to refer. Everything he does is highly suspicious, he will badmouth the mechanic you choose, promise you a AAA discount if you use HIS mechanic and whatever other lies he can tell you to get you to an overpriced poor quality mechanic. I suspect he has deals with the local ripoff mechanics as well as a few corrupt local cops. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay double for your repairs. read more
