WHY? bc if the hospital fills the prescription at the hospital, you will get stuck with a several hundred dollar bill afterwards. It happened to me and it's unecessary. You Take charge of the post operation, self administered drugs yourself, and just pay the small amount paid by your medicare drug plan. Wait times to get help, that you may get much quicker at a larger institution. That said, you can tell that the staff is very well trained, care about their patients well-being, and have all of the latest technology and skill to be able to correctly diagnose any problem. So, I would highly recommend going to this hospital instead of driving an hour to get to a bigger hospital in Utah Valley!

My mother had been detoxing and she has heart failure and kidney failure. I was extremely concerned with her being in hospice rather than getting the correct medical treatment. No one would listen to me. My mother has survived being put on hospice now four time. A security guard with the name Eric demanded that I delete the pictures and audio recordings of my mother health care or be barred for 24 hours. I said, No! I'm deleting anything from my phone. i asked to file a complaint with Sheila, my mothers patient advocate. Sheila demanded that I must delete the recording and pictures as well. I said no! Three days had passed so i was in the hospital and Juan the security guard pulled me from my dying mothers room and demanded that I was criminally trespassing and I not be on the property for 365 days now. I was escorted from the property like I was a criminal. The entire time my mother was in the hospital she was not getting the right care, I was forced from the hospital by security guards that my mother was in. Juan, Sheila and Eric destroyed what could have been something special to be able to spend the last days with my dying mother. Instead our family will always have the memory of Juan, Eric and Sheila enforcing a policy the hospital does not have just to prove their authority over common citizens such as myself. Dutung the two week period I begged over and over please show me this policy that says an individual can be criminally trespass from the property for not deleting a picture. Sheila explained to me that all policy are internal and can be given to anyone. How can a hospital security team enforce a policy that is not shared publicly due to internal policy? Hie many policies have been violated while enforcing a policy that can not be shared publicly?

I've been in and out of multiple ERS and I was skeptical of payson because of experiences years prior. However, they must have gotten new staff or management because this was a much better experience. I forgot my doctor's name which I will try to add to the review later. However, they were in the room right away, made sure to listen to my concerns and explained why things are the way they are. Very understanding and not judgmental. Was in and out of the hospital in two hours and feeling out of pain right now hours later. I appreciate this hospital and hope each and everyone who took care of me sees this and you have a blessed day.

They were patient and kind and took time to help him understand what was happening and to help him feel comfortable, cared for, and important. Dr. Matthew Baker, Ryan C. Update-we are now on our way to primary children's hospital because Payson hospital just informed us it's a massive pocket of infection around his femur! Good diagnosis on it being a sore knee Spanish fork and a special thanks for the extra week of no treatment which has only hurt my child! You all should be extremely ashamed of your so called emergency room and it's help!

I Have called them three times and they say they didn't bill it wrong. Yet the Doctor and the Anesthesiologist billed them and got paid. they also switched to a new billing program at the time of my surgery. Medicare can't help me. They have to go by what the Hospital bills them for.
