The attorney did not properly review the paperwork, which resulted in me paying an extra $400 per month because the judge could not legally accept what was presented. My options were to come back at another date (after working with this attorney for over 6 months) or proceed with the higher amount. The attorney admitted that the paralegal filed the paper work wrong, which caused the error. It is clear that he did not adequately review the paperwork, which is unacceptable, especially considering how much I paid them. There was no offer to fix the error.
