A little back story: My son had been attending another school a lot closer to me and he was doing wonderful until he had to move up to the next class. He would always come back home happy and dry then when he moved up everything changed. Everyday he would come home with accidents and he would shrink down. Sometimes crying out of nowhere. And when I would tell him you have school tomorrow he would tell me, "No, not tomorrow." I could not let that continue. I found this place a little farther from me and it was amazing. The staff were all friendly. They allowed us to drop by to do a preview to see how my son would interact with the kids, he took right away. The thing that had me as well is they said drop by ANYTIME! Not on Monday at 9am so they could put on theatrics, ANYTIME! It really showed me that they had nothing to hide. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are great at communication and messaging the parents weekly plans. You can really tell everyone helps out. My son has only came home with 2 accidents the first 2 days he was enrolled as he was getting used to his teachers. Now he comes home happy, singing, and actually wanting to go to school. We enrolled our 4-year old daughter here in October. She has only been attending for two months and so far I love what I see. I instantly saw a change in her confidence level and her independence. When my daughter had a rough time with the transition at drop off for the first couple of weeks, teachers were so good and understanding. They sent me pictures and updates of how she was doing throughout the day. Staff has always been kind and I never feel like I'm being a bother when I ask questions. I also love that they have an open door policy for parents because it gives me peace of mind that there isn't anything to hide. I love how organized this school is and how much they invest into the kids' growth and wellbeing. The level of detail parents get from the daily menu for breakfast, lunch AND dinner to a detailed monthly curriculum from the classroom teacher. On top of all the regularly scheduled activities, they also have super fun activities and experiences for each holiday. My husband and I were incredibly impressed by how, within days, the school put together a plan on the fly because the Dodgers were going to the world series. My 3 year old came to this school after a bad experience he had at a previous school. I explained my son's speech and behavior issues and they were very welcoming promising to do their best to help my child. They fulfilled their promise, my son is loved, well taken care of, he has learned a lot of new things, he's fed and he feels welcomed. Best choice I ever made, my son was only in in home daycares and once he turned 2 he was able to attend Santa fe kids. He has bred there for 6 months now and the changes are incredible!!!! My daughter went to Santa Fe kids for 2 months before staff was negligent and I decided to pull her out! I received a call from a staff claiming that she THINKS someone bit my daughter on the cheek which made me question how many staff is around, how many kids is there that NO ONE was able to see that occur and didn't hear anything. She claimed my daughter didn't cry nor yell but that she heard a "commotion". When I went they didn't want to tell me details (they had none) NEGLIGENT! She was only 2 yall. Meaning.. staff lets 2 year olds out of their sight long enough for that to happen with no damn idea about it til they seen her cheek!
