Tuesday at 1:15 I drove up and again asked for an inspection. The mechanic says they had a busy afternoon and he's about to leave for lunch. He tells me to come back in an hour. Fair enough. Everyone deserves a lunch break. I go back in an hour and one last time asked for an inspection. The mechanic tells me he's about to leave because he hasn't gone out to lunch yet. I asked him why he didn't just inspect my car when I was there before and his answer is "I didn't know I'd be staying". No sense of professionalism. No common courtesy. They also check all my lights (Turn signals, front lights, and break lights) to be sure none have burned out, and alert me if I need to get them replaced. Recently, during an oil change, they noticed what appeared to be an oil leak and shared a picture with me of the under carriage of my car.
