absolutely horrible will never ever in my life come here again. their service made me feel like I got completely ripped off

This place is really hit or miss. If you need to buy a mouthpiece or something small and you don't feel like driving out to Dick's in Orland Park then this is the place for you. I've purchased pants for various sports here as well. You really have to search for your size but I usually have good luck. So what's the problem? Customer service is pretty bad. The employees tend to act as if they are reinventing the wheel when in reality they are just behind on their orders. Quite frankly, they're rude. Santo does a ton of business with sports teams and clubs. I have yet to pick up an order when promised or, heaven forbid, ahead of schedule. Maybe they take on more than they can handle. There are many other vendors out there that can print up your shirts, pants, hoodies, etc. You might want to check out the others before coming here. I'm all for supporting local business and mom/pop stores but if you can't deliver the goods then I'll find someone that can. read more

I shopped Santos Sport Store as a kid when they were on Archer Ave. in Chicago. I grew up supporting small businesses because my parents were small business owners. I've never had a bad experience there. When I was younger and coached Little League in a small neighborhood I would come across kids that could use equipment here and there ,I would go to Santos and when they found out that it was out of pocket for me they would adjust the price. I would get my sons equipment there. Now my grandson is starting baseball we will be going to Santo's. They have a good selection there's nothing like being seeing,feeling and trying on equipment. read more

Always great customer service. They never try to upsell you. Super honest too. Went to buy a bat for my son and salesman saved me from wasting $300 on a bat he wouldn't be able to use next year due to size requirements. Suggested a $150 bat instead. read more

Good selection of baseball cleats for my son, he wears a mens size 11. I found a pair on clearance ( Adidas), very nice 54.99-great price. He also found a pair of D-Rose high tops on clearance that he loved. Staff was helpful, prices are good. Big selection of baseball gear. Highly Recommend. read more

So I called them. No call back. So my husband called. No call back. He finally had to go there in person for information, rather to learn the unfortunate news that they cannot fulfill the order.
