Very disappointing - lame - my experience was like a bad joke…read more I never did business with these guys before. But I encountered there website and they listed as "in-stock" General Hydroponics WaterFarm "Kits", which seem to out-of-stock everywhere else. So I created an account, and I ordered 50 of them (a little over 500 bucks). My experience with Simply Hydro was ridiculous... 1. The website listed the kits as "in-stock'. In reality, they didn't have any. 2. A day after forking over my 500 bucks, they finally got around to telling me they're unavailable, on back order, at least a month out, and...would I like to wait or get a refund? 3. I immediately selected a refund and I sent them 2 messages. But I received no Paypal refund and no response. 4. I lost patience and I was forced to open a dispute with Paypal to get their attention and to get my money back. 6. Five (5) days after my initial order, these guys still have the "kits" listed as "in-stock" on their website (see photo). Lazy. This a bad way to run the on-line business. Hydroponic growing has now gone main-stream. You can order all of this stuff from Amazon, Ebay, and even Walmart dot com. The days of small specialty grow shops (like this) with snobby employees, slow service, crappy customer relations, and inflated prices are coming to an end. The big boys that have their act together will send them the way of the dinosaurs. Avoid ordering anything on-line from these people. Thumbs down! P.S. They probably deserve 1 star but I'm being generous and going with 2 stars since they seem to be a real bricks & mortar shop and they seem to have some happy local customers. -Daddy Maxx Retro

My beau and I were looking for information on Hydroponic gardening. He is fairly familiar and…read moreneeded some things for his friends out of town. Me, I find it neat after doing the Behind the Seeds tour at Epcot, so why not. The store has quite the selection of set ups, a very knowledgable staff and are more than happy to order things for you if they don't currently carry it. We had no problem getting just what we needed ordered and my guy ended up having a wonderful conversation with one of the employees over fertalizer. Who knew!

They truly understood our vision and brought it to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. The flowers were fresh, artfully arranged, and added so much elegance and warmth to our celebration. I ordered a Premium floral arrangement and received a Standard one…read more This seems to be a common occurance when ordering flowers for gift delivery. I always ask the recipient to send me a photo. The arrangement sent, in addiiton to it be a scaled down version of what I ordered, didn't look anything like what I ordered. Instead of roses and mini-carnations, they sent a bouquet of daisys. Pictures below. I ordered by phone and made a special point that I expected the arrangement to be of Premium value and close to what I ordered. They assured me no problem. When I saw what was sent I called, asked for the owner, and asked for a partial reimbursement at the very least to the Standard pricing. After being "talked over" by the owner, he finally begrudgingly agreed. He claimed it was "fair and equal value". I can assure you it wasn't even close. Beware!
