I again asked them if the estimates are free the person who answered the phone said "absolutely". Two days later someone from Timberline called to make an appointment and told me the estimate costs $200. I told him that is not what the website or the person who answered the phone said. He told me the estimate is free only if we cut down the tree. That is not what is written. How can you trust a place that has false advertisement and lies before you use them . Every other arborist I call give legitimate free estimates.

Everyone was very professional and worked very carefully and efficiently. After the trees were down, they THOROUGHLY cleaned, raked, and blew the area they worked in. They also neatly stacked the wood (as requested) in two areas for us. They were careful with surrounding plantings. They'll be back to do some pruning for us in the fall. Great work and reasonable. We ordered a cord of firewood from Alpine Gardens about a month ago. After I stacked the delivery,…read moreit was apparent that the load was a little short. I contacted the owner and he promptly returned and delivered more wood. The mix-up occurred when the initial load was placed on the truck. We ordered stove wood which is about 750 pieces per cord. The crew thought it was regular fireplace wood which is about 500 pieces per cord. After figuring out the mix-up, Alpine Gardens returned with the additional 250 pieces. It's going to be a warm winter next year! All well that ends well! Great experience working with these guys!
