I cannot recommend Sapir Construction (specifically Mike and Sergio) enough! We encountered a terrible mold problem in our kitchen that left us needing to rebuild even the foundation. Mike was a dream to work with - he helped us wrestle insurance and provided us everything we needed along the way. On top of this he had a great vision for how we could turn this terrible situation into a positive. He suggested an amazing new layout for our kitchen we NEVER would have thought of. The benefits to his suggestions will 100% increase the value of our home when we sell. He smartly suggested to swap the fridge and oven placements which now easily allow for 3 entire people to fit in the kitchen (before we could barley fit 2!) He also has great connections with vendors in the valley who have great products, services, and prices. Because this was an insurance rebuild we had to undergo the estimation process with several contractors. We experienced a range of personalities and estimates. Sapir was by far the best. Do yourself a favor and pick them from the beginning! We will absolutely be having Mike and team out next summer to redo our bathrooms. read more

I would definitely recommend Sapir Construction. My wife and I didn't have an exact vision of what we wanted to do, but Aslan, who we mainly worked with, helped guide us with some great suggestions. We had a fairly large project that involved moving the entire kitchen and changing the layout to a more open concept. Sapir gave us a quote that was much lower than the competition, which actually made me a bit suspicious at first, but as the project rolled along, those worries went away as everything turned out great. Aslan promised to get the work done in 8 weeks, and he probably could have finished faster if my wife and I had been able to decide on our materials sooner. As with any construction job, make sure you go over every single line item together with your contractor to avoid any misunderstandings. Also get a timeline so you know when you need to provide the contractor with your material choices. I recommend anyone starting a new project to at least get a quote from the guys. read more

I hired Moris and Sapir Construction, it was a huge mistake. Moris estimated the project at 47 days, it took him 110 days and blamed me (or anyone he could) for every delay. Simply put, Moris and Sapir Construction are incompetent and unprofessional. read more

Sapir Construction did a great job remodeling our bathroom. Zaher incorporated all our request and helped to shape the overall design concept as we tried to maximize a small space. Changed from an one sink to two sink vanity, moved the entry door to maximum more space, installed barn door etc. Other companies that we received quotes from did not appear to be interested in helping us redesign the overall look vs just make new what already existed. We plan to remodel our other bathroom soon and will use Sapir Construction for that remodel. read more

In April 2016 Sapir Construction undertook a couple projects for us in Long Beach. I have to tell you I am over the top with their installation of a new tumbled paver driveway. Worth every dime! They know their business, correcting drainage issues and more for the garage and driveway. Check out these pictures, all the downspouts from the house lead to underground drains. Absolutely amazing. Starting with Leo and the plumbing crew-moved our water heater and dryer vent without long term interruptions. Very professional. Tommy performed the painting, stucco patches and was clean. Joe and his cement crew-laid out a 20 ft. x 25 ft. cement slab with landing all in one day. Finally, the patio was installed -work was done in three days-side walls, insulated roof, electrical, lights, ceiling fan, door and windows (65% natural light). I received a quote that seemed too good to be true and I was concerned that it would end in a poor result. However, I had read the very good reviews and decided to use them. Our project was in Culver City. It was the best decision since the bathroom remodel turned out fantastic. The project had issues due to city requirements and this was frustrating for all. However, Morris handled all the issues and accommodated all our requests. In the end, Morris was only concerned about delivering a quality bathroom and was always positive. This is the second time I have used Sapir Construction and I will continue using them for every project I ever have! Moris has become much more than just a contractor he is definitely a family friend. He cares about all of the work that is going on at all of his jobs and constantly stayed in contact with me if there was anything going on I needed to know about. He only works with good trustworthy people and I was able to leave my house to go to work and trust it would be locked up at the end of the day (we hadn't moved in yet). This project (install hardwood floors and paint an entire 3,100 sqft house) had an incredibly tight time frame (18 days) because my wife was due with our 2nd child and we needed to be in by the 25th. Even though I was a little skeptical, Moris said he could get the job done and he sure did. Honestly, give Moris a call if you are thinking about doing anything, he truly cares about doing a great job for you and his prices are very fair. If your looking for a dependable company Sapir Construction is the one! Our home needed stucco all around and our garage was a hot mess and by that I mean it was falling apart! It needed a new roof and the walls were tilted to the side. Sapir Construction came to the rescue!!! An appointment was quickly set up and the contractor Moris came and gave us an estimate. He was extremely helpful and was determined to fix our problem fast! Not to mention, his crew gave us many options of different brands and colors to choose from for the stucco. This really helped because we wanted the perfect color to fit our little brick house. He also put in new doors and customized our front door to look like a picture we saw on Pinterest.
