I didnt get the names of the two ladies who did ours but they were fabulous! The pressure was consistent and they took their time working out the giant knots in my shoulders. I was assigned a women who was doing great but was abruptly cut short by the man at the counter, saying she was going to take care of someone else. When it was time to turn over onto my front side he didn't leave the room but was turned around towards the door. However she had told me for a balayage would be $250 which I did not want. And ended up charging the $300 (which was $50 extra) for the balayage and not the price she had said prior to coming into my appointment and walked out with a balayage hair and terribly haircut. Super bad experience will never return back.
