I'll attempt to be objective as possible. I had a good experience with customer service, on time, fast, and polite, but my worker lied to me about the pricing of a couch clean. I thought it was odd that I didn't see steam cleaning equipment, so I looked the type of cleaning they did and found the actual price for the couch. I asked the worker about it and gave him an out that maybe he lied bc it wasn't on the original quote and it would have put him behind schedule. He stated that it would have. Understandable, but it would have respectful to just be honest about his lack of desire to do the couch. Update: After leaving my 3 star bc of the lying, the owner called me apologizing and inquiring about the issue of lying. He had his best employee, Chazz, very friendly, come and do my couch for free. One of them mentioned it was his first day on the job, but you couldn't tell--he did a great job. It took about an hour and a half to clean the entire house, including the stairs.
