After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. Henry was available over several weeks of planning where he always answered my questions as I never hired a private car for a prom. Our driver was Evans and he was extremely professional and kind. He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. As a parent, this meant a lot to feel reassured your kids are safe. We ordered a Cadillac Escalade which was clean and in pristine condition. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit!
