I conclude that she was accurate. I had been a little "blah" in my mood lately due to relationship changes and work stress... I had been more achy and my body more inflamed than it had been. I have a list of autoimmune issues so sometimes when I can't get the assistance I need from Western Doctors.. I switch it up to Eastern Medicine. However don't mix the meds and herbs... It can be a huge mistake... Do your research and know what is good for you. I received acupuncture and some cupping.. I am sensitive to tiger balm so I will ask that she go light on it next time..
