There was always a dull headache and 3 or 4 days of every week, full blown migraines took place of the manageable headache. Dr. Lydia was able to pinpoint the areas that were causing all the trouble and has given me tips on how to help relax the offending muscles in between adjustments. The migraines are few and far between now but when one occurs, I have a course of action and that involves an adjustment by my tried and true Chiropractor. All three of my children also see her regularly to keep their growing skeletal and immune system healthy as well as the occasional adjustment for dance related injuries on my daughter.
