Extremely POOR customer service…read more Find another facility. A miscommunication about the date on an appointment date for a 91-year-old woman... simply for a toenail cut. Unclear where the miscommunication happened... Regardless the woman at the front desk could not care less that this 91-year-old woman came out in the heat on a walker. Never even inquired as to what the need may have been, to try to fit her into the schedule today since she was present in the office. To do much in life is an effort for someone of that age. He has a physician assistant, nurses, x ray techs, physical therapy all working together to help you recover. The Mauve center was fantastic and the one on one care was amazing. There isn't a time that I can not text or call the nurses for immediate response to my questions. Dr. Vernace is always respectful of time. He is never late and I appreciate that very much.

I told him he would not be my doctor. best choice I made. now I'm going in soon to see him again as my left knee is shot and needs replaced. I've exhausted all treatments to avoid the surgery but now it's total pain morning noon and night. I want to get this done and get back to my self.
