The front office is sub par at best as far as I am concerned. Not like when I had right hip replacement done. I call and leave messages but, don't get a call back. I feel like his office staff has a problem with not relaying messages. If Dr. Quinby was not such a really good Dr. I would get someone else to repair my fractured Tibia because of the aggrevation of trying to deal with his office staff. I can and do highly recommend Dr. S. Quinby to all my friends and family but, be forewarned you may have problems with his unprofessional office staff.

Then the nurse told me they won't discuss my MRI over the phone, that I would need to drive another 40 minutes and pay another $140 copay just to tell me my results. When I asked why they can't just tell me on the phone (which is something even my cancer doctor does) she said "talk to your insurance" and scurried out of the room. Came here in the morning on a weekday as I hadn't been feeling well. I filled out a couple of…read morepapers and waited my turn. Waiting room is decent. They had a tv but it wasn't on. They have a fridge with water bottles and a Keurig if you want something hot to drink. I would say I waited about half an hour before I was taken back to a room. My vitals were taken and then I was seen by a PA shortly thereafter. Everything was very efficient and the staff were very nice. I had been here once before when I was sick and had a similar experience. I recommend this urgent care and would come here again.
