There are lots of elderly patients and every single time we enter and exit my parents' walkers get caught on the edge of these mats (a disaster, waiting to happen). There needs to be a better solution for that. Another thing they could use improvement on is the valet at the front. People pull up to get there elderly patients out of their car. There is always a back up. I feel like if there were more handicap parking, this would help the congestion.
