Since 2018, we have completely remodeled our entire home inside and out as well as replaced furniture and decor in all of our rooms. This means that we have worked with countless contractors, service providers, painters, installers, and furniture companies - and Sara's service exceeded them all. She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect". Her work is meticulous, beautiful and impeccable - our chairs look just as they did when we first purchased them, except with a better color and fabric, thanks to the number of options she has. Additionally, she works with her husband who is equally as wonderful - and willing to pick up/drop off the pieces (although we did not take him up on the offer). I have a sleeper sofa that is in great shape, but the cushions were getting flat and mis-shaped. Looking for a vendor that would do new cushion inserts in Aurora or Denver Metro, almost impossible. I called Sara Upholstery, and I had no problem, in fact she was near by! Final price was good, the cushions look great, took only a week, I had my choice of cushion density, and they support me beautifully! Yes, you can get a couch for $500, maybe a sleeper for under $1000; the cushions cost under $300, but my sleeper is a Castro Convertible and in excellent condition, and I like it! Wow!!!! Sara and Larry are like talented magicians! Our puppy chewed up the piping of our velvet sofa and we were told by a few upholsterers that it was unfixable. We were preparing to give it away for free until I called Larry, sent him some photos, he gave me a reasonable quote, then he and Sara were at our house the next day! They said it would be better for them to remove part of the sofa lining and use their machine at home to fix it, so they took things apart and came back within an hour, did some work, and VOILA - you would never know there was ever damage to the sofa!!
