He told me his prognosis in a very real and professional manner. He showed me my xrays and explained his findings. I just finished an appointment post-surgery by 7 months. It was successful! The surgery was extensive and he has followed me every step of the way. I truly felt his professional interest in my case and he explained my progress at every appointment. Audrey and Leslie at the front were very nice and welcoming and throughout the entire process did a great job following up and reminding me of appointments. Meeting with Dr. Nelson we talked about what I wanted, and he took the time to explain to me my options and what he recommended. Very easy to talk and he tells you like it is which is important when it comes to setting realistic expectations. The day of the surgery I was nervous because this was going to be a procedure where I was awake the entire time instead of being put under like I was the first time around. When I got to the office Cristina and Dr. Nelson did a great job of helping to settle my nerves and the surgery itself ended up being a breeze. Now I waited 6 months to write this review because I wanted to give me body time to heal so I could write an unbiased review. All I can say is THANK YOU to Dr. Nelson for a stellar job. After getting the surgery done once prior and still not being happy with the results, I was hesitant to put myself through that experience again. I couldn't be happier with the end results.
