    8/11/20 Back when I had just finished high school, my sister…read moreand I had just gotten back from our new home in Geneva Switzerland and were pretty tired. We had prearranged a Supershuttle to take us back home. The guy who picked us up started out nice, but quickly showed his true colors shining through. I learned that night that if you want the cheap rate of using Supershuttle, you will be either picking up various customers at various locations before going to the airport. The same can be said if you are going home from the airport. Our driver started getting bitchy and his attitude got worse. He was rude to several passengers and ended up getting lost. One passager wished us the best of luck as she got out of the vichele. She did not tip the guy. A middle finger is what he got. When we finally got to our second home, we did not tip the guy either. When the drive acts like an ass and tell you to "shut the front foor." a royal ass wipping came mind. My short temper remained in tacked, but oh it would have been nice to watch him fly through the air and come down hard upon a bear. The bear would get mad and Jack would get off...okay I am losing sight of what I was talking about. In short, after experiencing what Supershuttle had to offer, we took taxi or used the subway to get to the airport. Never again.

I booked a Black Car Luxury service from these clowns and received nothing but trouble. A brief description of the service is a driver would meet us at the baggage claim then escort us to the waiting LUXURY SUV where we would be driven to our hotel. 4 of us arrived at Regan Airport, received a message that Abdou H. would greet us. No Abdou. Called Abdou, he was running late due to traffic. He called later asking us to meet at gate 6. Got to gate 6, no Abdou. Called Abdou, he insists he is at gate 6. Unfortunately, Abdou is at Dulles Airport. Called home office number explained problem, woman helping? us out said give her 5 minutes to arrange for another driver. 30 minutes later we call the home office and were on hold over 13 minutes, NEVER DID HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE. On the way to our hotel in a cramped stinky TAXI I received a satisfaction survey concerning the non-existent ride. Really?? So I call the number and am told I have to go online to get refund. I fill out a weak form and 10 days later with ZERO response from these clowns contact my Credit Card Company to stop Payment. Just received notice today of a refund... FINALLY!! DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN OUTFIT THEY ARE UNRELIABLE Wish I had read the reviews before but it was listed as a PROUD PARTNER with America Airlines ... my fault there!

    I booked two reservations to this shuttle company for a work conference I was going to attend per…read morethe conference's recommendation on their website. I wish I had read reviews prior to booking because even before I went on my trip I tried to cancel one of my reservations and this company proved to be run by incompetents. The first time I called to cancel, the man I spoke with told me he had canceled it and to wait 5-7 business days for my refund, even though their webpage says "Refund will normally show on your credit card account within 3-5 business days." Still I waited 7 full business days and no return so I decided to call them again. I then learned that my reservation was never canceled so the girl I spoke with said she would cancel it. I let another 7 full business days go buy and still no return. I called back a third time and the man I spoke to said the women in charge of refunds was in a meeting and offered to take down my information to give to her and she could call me back. I called a fourth time at the end of that day as I did not receive a return call. The girl I spoke with said that the women had already left for the day and that I should call the next morning at 9 am. I called a fifth time the next morning, kindly explained the situation, to which the women asked me when I last called to request a refund and I told her 7 days prior and she told me that I should wait up to 10 business days. After telling her I've been waiting many business days, she informs me that the people in charge of refunds were working on them that particular week and that I should wait until the following week. I began to get frustrated because it had been over 3 weeks since my first attempt to cancel this reservation (and they happened to be working on refunds that week?) so I emphasized that I had called several days ago and waited weeks and she reiterated to me in a hostile tone that I needed to wait at least 10 business days and when I hopelessly replied "ok" she hung up on me, which I thought was extremely rude. So after waiting until the next week per the rude lady's instructions, I still did not receive a refund. At that point I called my bank and within two days I had an adjustment balance on my credit card for the amount of the shuttle reservation cost, thanks to my bank. When I went on my trip and still used the other reservation I had made and my experience was different. The wait for the shuttle at the airport was about 15 minutes and when I got picked up at my hotel for my return to the airport, the shuttle arrived a little early. Both shuttle drivers to and from the airport were fine and efficient. The only thing I'll note was that the driver on our way back to the airport drove a little erratic and when we got to a stop light, he rolled down his window to ask a taxi driver why he was driving so bad. Other than that funny/odd interaction between the shuttle driver and the taxi driver, everything was adequate and smooth. In the end, this company appears to have it together when it comes to getting people where they need to be, but when it comes to getting your money back, they lack any decent customer service, and for that reason, if I'm ever in need of a shuttle in Baltimore again, I'll book with a different company because I'd like the option to cancel and smoothly get my money back if necessary.

Seems lower tech than the SuperShuttle. The driver sat at the airport manually typing in all the addresses into a GPS unit. Car was clean. Mini van style vehicle. Driver was courteous and kind. Loaded and unloaded bags.
