As it turned out, the whole experience was much better than I expected. A shout out to the entire staff from the receptionists to the nurses, to the other medical professionals, to Dr. Holman. The only names I remember is Cassandra the nurse, and Dr. Holman, but absolutely everyone was great. Special TY to Cassandra the nurse for keeping me from passing out from the IV. My advise is don't put it off, and schedule with SWGA.

It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking questions and trying to get information. When I explained that I had previously been seen at Presbyterian and was simply looking for a new doctor because mine had left, she told me that no doctor there would see me for a year even though I'm currently having medical issues. She repeatedly said it was their policy and that it was "ironclad," but wouldn't provide any further explanation. The interaction was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Honestly, I'm almost relieved I didn't end up going there if this is how potential patients are treated.

I normally don't have problems getting a same-day appointment if I call in the morning and talking with a nurse sets my mommy-mind at ease if I can't get in for an appointment. The doctor is always on time and We don't have to wait long which is very important when you're sitting in a waiting from full of sick kids with a baby.

The wait for a Colonoscopy is over a year there. The staff surrounding him are really quite nice and the Student that I saw was super kind and really listened in detail to my long history and made me feel very comfortiable. Dr Holman gets 5 Stars because the backup for a procedure isn't his fault, it's the lack of new Doctors coming into the Profession here. I was placed with him because they called to change my appointment that I had with someone else and it was going to be next year and I just couldn't wait.

They found and removed Three(3) polyps which prevented some serious future issues. Dr Daniel Bujanda and his team could not have made this experience any better, from start to finish they were nothing but polite, knowledgable and professional and having this done is a big relief. This was a very quick & simple process and I strongly recommend that if you haven't already gotten a Colonoscopy, Get-it-Done !!!

The Center was well maintained and very clean. The reception desk young women were friendly, professional, and efficient. Those are the positives for this Center. The negatives for me were: I had a 90 minute wait in their waiting room ( crowded, TV blaring, loud conversations between other people waiting); I had only male nurses attending me, they didn't have much of a bedside manner, they were focused mostly on getting me moving through the process as if I were an object, not a person, and the male nurse who administered the anesthetic was actually a bit mocking and sarcastic. The male nurse who inserted the needle into my arm had to try 3 times before he got it right. Afterwards, I got a very uncertain and unconfident female RN who tried to go through the after surgery report hurriedly and brushed off my questions from what looked to me as fearful I would somehow challenge her. So it was a mixed bag of good and bad. Doctor is good, front reception is good, but wait time and all male nurses treating a female patient, all lacking the courteous, compassionate bedside care we'd all like to have-- that could be improved.

I had already seen an internist, a cardiologist and a gastroenterologist, and at the point I came to Baten's office it seemed very likely that my problem was neurological. Baten ordered a couple tests and then told me he couldn't help me. He even told me that I should go back to my cardiologist to get help. A friend then recommended a neurologist at PHS and that doctor ran the correct test which identified the medical problem plaguing me. Of course it was something that Baten should have caught, but he gave up on me. Unfortunately I wasted a couple months with Baten. Aside from his failings at practicing medicine, he's continually running late and is very disorganized. I would stay far, far away from this guy if you have anything more complex than a common cold.

My daughter is autistic and, like many neurodivergent children, can become overwhelmed with unfamiliar or abrupt interactions. Instead of approaching the situation with patience or understanding, the doctor said, "If you can't control your child, I don't have time." Let me be clear: 1. My daughter has special needs, and regulating a child like her takes time and skill--not impatience and judgment. 2. There's a reason these appointments are scheduled--to meet the patient where they are and provide care accordingly. 3. The comment was not only unprofessional, but extremely insensitive, especially coming from someone who chose a career in providing care To others. TRULY DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED.

They told me I had a simple cold &' i should be able to go back to work. Well two days comes by i go to work i have another fever. So i go back tell them I was feeling worse &' I got tested again. I waited for 2 &' A HALF hours just for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong with me, so they gave me a Throat culture &' i wasn't supposed to receive the test results until Friday supposedly. they sent me home with nothing &' just told me to take ibuprofen &' tylenol. I couldn't wait till friday so I had went somewhere else to get checked &' turns out I had MULTIPLE things wrong with me including pneumonia. Friday passed &' Next care never gave me my tests results. The doctors here suck.

THEN insurance 2 showed a negotiated rate with FULL payment. Zero remained due since RAA is a contracted servicer. THEN Radiology 'forgot' they were paid by insurance 2 (no credit on their billing, which they sent to collection. Amount due - zero, and if they had taken the time to reconcile their records, they could have saved us all a lot of trouble.

This facility's…read moreMRI Team Lead, not a radiologist, said I cannot have both at the facility because Radiology Associates says they are the same exam. I can only do an MRCP. Interesting because they are not the same, even googling it tells me that. That is fine, I am going elsewhere and would not recommend a facility that thinks they have the authority to change my doctor's orders. Pretty scary place!
