When I explained that I had previously been seen at Presbyterian and was simply looking for a new doctor because mine had left, she told me that no doctor there would see me for a year even though I'm currently having medical issues. She repeatedly said it was their policy and that it was "ironclad," but wouldn't provide any further explanation. The interaction was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Honestly, I'm almost relieved I didn't end up going there if this is how potential patients are treated.

The staff surrounding him are really quite nice and the Student that I saw was super kind and really listened in detail to my long history and made me feel very comfortiable. Dr Holman gets 5 Stars because the backup for a procedure isn't his fault, it's the lack of new Doctors coming into the Profession here. I was placed with him because they called to change my appointment that I had with someone else and it was going to be next year and I just couldn't wait.

The waiting room is made hideous by a "mandatory" loud television on some channel that runs…read moreconstant ads and laugh tracks and other irritating content. Apparently this is "because of HIPAA to keep people from overhearing things". They've seemingly never heard of white noise maskers or even just music. They do have a "quiet room" that only accommodates one person at a time so the odds of being able to use it at this very busy practice are poor at best. Since they demand that patients' drivers remain in the building throughout the procedure you can count on a long miserable noisy ordeal that will leave you in a bad mood and unable to objectively assess the quality of the professionals' work as well as the experience in general.

They found and removed Three(3) polyps which prevented some serious future issues. Dr Daniel Bujanda and his team could not have made this experience any better, from start to finish they were nothing but polite, knowledgable and professional and having this done is a big relief. This was a very quick & simple process and I strongly recommend that if you haven't already gotten a Colonoscopy, Get-it-Done !!!

I had already seen an internist, a cardiologist and a gastroenterologist, and at the point I came to Baten's office it seemed very likely that my problem was neurological. Baten ordered a couple tests and then told me he couldn't help me. He even told me that I should go back to my cardiologist to get help. A friend then recommended a neurologist at PHS and that doctor ran the correct test which identified the medical problem plaguing me. Of course it was something that Baten should have caught, but he gave up on me. Unfortunately I wasted a couple months with Baten. Aside from his failings at practicing medicine, he's continually running late and is very disorganized. I would stay far, far away from this guy if you have anything more complex than a common cold.

My daughter is autistic and, like many neurodivergent children, can become overwhelmed with unfamiliar or abrupt interactions. Instead of approaching the situation with patience or understanding, the doctor said, "If you can't control your child, I don't have time." Let me be clear: 1. My daughter has special needs, and regulating a child like her takes time and skill--not impatience and judgment. 2. There's a reason these appointments are scheduled--to meet the patient where they are and provide care accordingly. 3. They told me I had a simple cold &' i should be able to go back to work. Well two days comes by i go to work i have another fever. So i go back tell them I was feeling worse &' I got tested again. I waited for 2 &' A HALF hours just for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong with me, so they gave me a Throat culture &' i wasn't supposed to receive the test results until Friday supposedly. they sent me home with nothing &' just told me to take ibuprofen &' tylenol. I couldn't wait till friday so I had went somewhere else to get checked &' turns out I had MULTIPLE things wrong with me including pneumonia. Friday passed &' Next care never gave me my tests results. The doctors here suck.

THEN insurance 2 showed a negotiated rate with FULL payment. Zero remained due since RAA is a contracted servicer. THEN Radiology 'forgot' they were paid by insurance 2 (no credit on their billing, which they sent to collection. Amount due - zero, and if they had taken the time to reconcile their records, they could have saved us all a lot of trouble.

This facility's…read moreMRI Team Lead, not a radiologist, said I cannot have both at the facility because Radiology Associates says they are the same exam. I can only do an MRCP. Interesting because they are not the same, even googling it tells me that. That is fine, I am going elsewhere and would not recommend a facility that thinks they have the authority to change my doctor's orders. Pretty scary place!
