It was honestly so discouraging seeing houses get bid upwards +500k over asking price and so stressful fighting against these all cash buyers we wanted to give up so many times. We cannot recommend Sarah Rogers and her team highly enough! When we decided to sell our condo on South Orange Grove Blvd., we contacted Sarah and got her counsel on timing, listing amount and staging. Not only did she share her opinions, she asked for our thoughts as well. She provided a thorough analysis of comparable condo pricing, while highlighting the unique qualities that distinguished our condo from others. She gave us a lot of input and information before we decided to sell and before we had signed a contract for her to represent us. Once we decided to sell, she moved quickly. We agreed on a listing price, which was at the higher end of the range of selling prices for similar properties. She suggested working with our own furnishings and artwork, rather than incurring the expense of staging. Once furniture was re-arranged, her photographer came and did a fantastic job of capturing our home, maximizing the use of natural light. The turnaround of the photos was quick and our condo was listed on the MLS shortly thereafter. Sarah and her team were very efficient in guiding us through the transactional details of the process. She always responded quickly to our questions whether by email, text or phone. She always took the time to respond comprehensively. She was always available to give private showings after the open house was held. She had a very organized process of receiving offers and presenting them to us for evaluation.
