Throughout all of these changes, Riegel Property Management has been consistently diligent and helpful. I have had typical apartment issues that have been addressed immediately by their subcontractors. They have an app that is used to pay rent as well as indicate maintenance issues. When I have had any questions or needed clarification it was easy for me to contact the main office by phone. I appreciate that they have fully vetted subcontractors that come and work at the property and apartments. It is apparent that they take pride in the excellent service that they provide. I have had direct contact with a number of staff members and appreciate their immediate follow-through. It is easy for me to recommend Riegel Property Management.

    I would not hire this company to manage any property whatsoever. I was a tenant in one of the…read morebuildings that they managed. During the time they were managing this property they would never come to check on the property or provide proper maintenance. If we had an issue, pest control or water leaks in the wall it would take them days weeks or months to come fix the issue. As a property managers they are supposed to offer you heat or air when your AC breaks down they never offered it. I had to tell them to offer this it and as a tenant that's my right to be provide with heating or cooling when the units break down. Last summer the units here had a pest control issue, Riegel asked us to sign a release of responsibility to let a stranger come into our apartment. I was not shocked that they were not going to come while they sent pest control to enter our apartment and no one would be home. the while no one is home. I never understood how they can still be in business and do these kind of things what kind of property management company are they? there are a series of things I could complain about but I think I'll just end this review here. I give them an F for property management a101.

    I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication I have received…read more For over a month, I have been reporting an irrigation issue affecting the HOA-maintained landscaping in front of my unit. Despite multiple emails, follow-ups, photos, and detailed explanations, the issue remains unresolved. The grass and landscaping continue to dry out and develop brown patches while I am still waiting for meaningful action. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency and communication. Responses often take a long time, and when I do receive a response, I feel that my concerns are being dismissed rather than properly investigated. I have personally tested the irrigation controller and documented that the sprinklers are not operating as expected, yet I am still being told everything is working properly. I also find it unreasonable that I was advised to hire and pay for my own plumber to investigate a problem that appears to involve landscaping and irrigation systems maintained by the HOA. As a homeowner who pays HOA dues every month, I expect the management company to thoroughly investigate issues involving common-area maintenance before shifting responsibility to residents. My experience with Angee has been frustrating because despite numerous communications and requests for assistance, I still do not feel that the issue has been taken seriously or addressed appropriately. I understand that repairs can take time, but residents deserve timely communication, accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve problems. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
