I've been taking cuddle sessions with Kristi for about 3 months bi-weekly as of this review. And I…read morewill say, she is a fantastic cuddler! Her cuddling space is warm and welcoming. Every session, Kristi makes it clear that we agree to respect each others boundaries and encourages communication to make sure that my needs are met during our session. From there, she asks what kind of cuddling positions or exercises I'd like to do. It took communication and several sessions to find out what works well for me. She even has a book full of cuddle positions if I'm not sure or want to try something new. I prefer to start with a deep breathing exercise. Then I usually go for the "head on chest" cuddle position or spooning. Lately, I've also asked Kristi to lay over top of me face down. That position really helps to relieve tension. While we are cuddling, I am free to tell Kristi whatever is on my mind. She is nonjudgmental and makes me feel welcome and safe to let out my inner ramblings. Kristi can talk your ear off too, but ask her be more of a listener and she will respect your wishes. With this past year feeling quite lonely and tough due to the pandemic, it's been a blessing to have someone to cuddle and talk with regularly. Without qualification, I recommend Courtney if you want to get fit on so many levels. Online is perfect for me. I don't like going to and fro a gym and I'm most comfortable in my home, taking a mere, yet essential, 45 minutes out of two busy days to workout with Courtney. The results over the span of three months are notable: I'm 69 and deal with a sore left hip and achy joints, needed to lose some weight, and had a progressive lack of motivation to exercise and eat well. Today, my hip is still a candidate for replacement, but the muscles around it are so strong from the core and hip strengthening exercises that I can take a 15 mile bike ride, no sweat. And my body has changed: I see a pronounced waistline and in my abs definition; I feel leaner muscled thighs. Went clothes shopping and fit into pants I wouldn't've earlier. I do Courtney's stretches for ten minutes every morning and drink water. I can get off the ground in one smooth movement. Because of my bi-weekly workouts with Courtney, I've created boundaries around this precious time. So empowering. And with her coaching, I've integrated biking and walking with my dog into my exercise schedule. I've moved from nearly sedentary to very active, almost athletic again. Courtney's way of teaching works so well for me.
