I've been taking cuddle sessions with Kristi for about 3 months bi-weekly as of this review. And I…read morewill say, she is a fantastic cuddler! Her cuddling space is warm and welcoming. Every session, Kristi makes it clear that we agree to respect each others boundaries and encourages communication to make sure that my needs are met during our session. From there, she asks what kind of cuddling positions or exercises I'd like to do. It took communication and several sessions to find out what works well for me. She even has a book full of cuddle positions if I'm not sure or want to try something new. I prefer to start with a deep breathing exercise. Then I usually go for the "head on chest" cuddle position or spooning. Lately, I've also asked Kristi to lay over top of me face down. That position really helps to relieve tension. While we are cuddling, I am free to tell Kristi whatever is on my mind. She is nonjudgmental and makes me feel welcome and safe to let out my inner ramblings. Kristi can talk your ear off too, but ask her be more of a listener and she will respect your wishes. With this past year feeling quite lonely and tough due to the pandemic, it's been a blessing to have someone to cuddle and talk with regularly. I leave each session feeling a warm glow in my soul, an inner calmness and a clear head. My housemates have even mentioned how much I'm glowing when I come home from a session. If you're feeling touch starved or just feel like cuddling and maybe don't know who to go to for your cuddling needs, I highly recommend Kristi's services!

Hunter has been instrumental in my growth and my healing. I went from feeling anxiety about the…read morefuture - and especially about money to being able to release it and find peace in being in the present moment. He's taught me how to communicate better in my relationship with my partner so that there's more flow and connection. Navigating tough conversations is now way easier. He's also taught me how to add structure in my life to have less stress, more joy and use play as a way to live instead of being in the suffering. I'm grateful for the EMDR sessions we've done too that have provided some healing and breakthrough for me. I'm forever grateful for Hunter and looking forward to continue the work with him. Would highly recommend. Finally a therapist that doesn't just *listen* to me saying my problem but actually helps me find resolution in myself!! He's truly a hidden gem and way more affordable than all the of the coaches & healers I've worked with. Thankful for our work

From the owner: You won’t find another profile here that reads like this. And that’s the point. I offer licensed…read moretherapy in Texas and depth coaching nationwide—not generic therapy. I help people return to clarity, direction, and the kind of presence that changes how life feels—from the inside out. This work goes deeper than symptom management. It’s about facing what’s real and stepping into who you’re meant to be. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, disconnection, or a deeper “something’s off” you can’t quite name—I bring a grounded, results-oriented presence to help you make real change. I’m nationally certified, trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, and depth work—but most importantly, I help people wake back up to what matters. Counseling is for when things feel overwhelming—on the inside or in your life. Coaching is for when you’re ready to lead, create, or align more fully with your purpose. Many of my clients do both. Together, we clarify what’s calling, what’s in the way, and what’s truly next. Free consults available. You'll feel the difference in the first call.

I've had a fear of being attacked when I'm home alone for as long as I can remember. Diane has given me a set of tools to help me powerfully move through my fear. I'm happy and grateful to say that I now do not feel that fear like I used to. Every now and again - depending on what's going on in my life - the fear can show up again, but when it does, it's not as intense and I can maneuver my way through it. Diane is also available in real time when I'm in need of support via texting and she responds with assurance and guidance (HUGE!). If you need support and are looking to trust your heart and personal thoughts with someone who will take amazing care of you with love, intuition and laughter, then Diane is the one for you!!

This process helps release trauma stored in the nervous system. After a few sessions, I felt much more at ease and like myself again. I can now joyfully ride my bike without feeling nervous at all. Dianne is very professional and friendly. She is non-judgemental and I felt very comfortable telling her what was bothering me. She will do her best to help you re-negotiate trauma so that you feel more confident and like your true self. Her office space is really peaceful and welcoming.
